Starling Cottage

The hotel provided poor service. Food was not available as expected, and even basic items like disposable plates and spoons were not provided upon request--instead, we were told to get them from the hotel restaurant or eat there. Every time we asked for assistance, the staff simply replied, 'Not available' or 'You should have booked another hotel.' I would not recommend staying here.

Not recommended, No service at all , Rooms in pathetic condition, Over charged , No hygiene, Swimming pool also dirty and not maintained. Rooms full of mosquitoes, insects and half the time AC was not working The TV didn't start in any room. Avoid.

Worst service.. worst is the under statement. There is no option of zero star otherwise I would rated it with zero.. rooms were very untidy, bedsheets and blanket were dirty, when we checked in bed was not made, fan was making noise, leakage in washbasin and on the top there was no service at all.. table's and chairs were very dirty.. swimming pool was not cleaned.. I can't believe for this pathetic resort and service we paid 3500.. Advise to everyone Don't book this resort, at this rate you will get many other nice options in surrounding..

Not so good experience with starling cottage, nagaon. Stayed here for one day with family. - Rooms were not clean - Swimming pool was not clean - Faced electricity issues during night almost for 2 hours from 2 am to 4 am , improper functioning of inverter made the situation worse - Caretaker and his friends were discussing loudly outside cottage rooms around 3 am which created distrubance since electricity was not there. - not good for family - not worth the money Only good thing was, Availabilty of hot water which is good.

Spent weekend here with family. The hosts were very good and humble. Food was delicious. Especially the fish fry. The rooms were clean. Swimming pool was clean too. I'd definitely recommend this place for family stay.

Food quality is so so bad. And expensive than others. Also menu is less in plate compare to others. Service is pathetic. They don't pay attention to customers at all. It was odd day and only we were there in resort still. In morning I ordered burji paav later & asked for more paav but he said no additional paav. In dinner gave me burnt like coal prawns and too expensive. I gave 1 star, wish to give 0.

Nagaon beach is 10 mins away from this property, been there with family, ultimate food quality, spacious rooms, clean pool, and especially owner is very humble, offered various things free of cost other than mentioned package, highly recommended for familes and couples

Horrible experience..... No room service, very derty swimming pool. No staffs.... No water in the bathroom. No ventilation . AC wasn't working . Overall would suggest don't go there. It's wastage of money...
