Hotel West Coast, Nagaon Alibaug

We visited the resort in May 2025 and booked a wooden cottage room. It was recommended to me by an office colleague. Nagaon Beach is 5 minutes from the resort. We ordered veg food and it was great, bit on the spicier side. The property is well maintained with a garden and a play area, swimming pool, etc. The staff was courteous and prompt in service.

Not upto the mark compared to the price. Cleanliness was compromised. Bathrooms had sand deposits. We paid 32k for two rooms. So things were expected to be at that level. The Flush doesn't flush anything you have to fill a bucket and use it to flush. The showers just drip water so you use your old school bucket for taking a bath. I complained about the same. The staff said the water pressure might be low we will get it checked but nothing happened. They provide only dohars. My Dad was feeling very cold at night and requested a comforter they said we don't provide that. Imagine a hotel that doesn't have comforter, shower and flush. Highly disappointed. This was our second visit to this place but things have dilapidated. Not recommended. The only plus point is the location which is 5 mins to the beach.

Had celebration of our wedding anniversary at this hotel. Hotels rooms were very much more clean than expected. Very gentle, polite and helpful staff. Indoor resturant food was best. They made our day very special by arranging anniversary decoration for us. Everything is available at the doorstep of room on just a phone call. Highly recommended.

Average hotel with poor restaurant service. Room service is fast but the resturant service was very slow. Only one server serving the whole restaurant. Rooms are fine but the maintenance is poor. Sheets had stained. Parking is tight. A lot of loud party disturbance from the neighbouring stays throughout the night and the hotel staff is least interested to take any step against it. There were groups of people who were openly consuming alcohol and playing loud music during late afternoon hours at the pool area and the hotel staff again was helpless. Not a VFM accomodation. Could be avoided.

Had been there last week. The place is beautiful n serene. Very near to the coast just 5 mins walk. Service is also good. Place is kids friendly with good amenities.

It's too good of property. Lovely pool, hemok, play area, chill area, rooms, bathrooms. Every requirement was taken care of. The Staff is very nice and go out of the way to make sure guests are comfortable. Mr. Vikas(owner) made sure to take care of guests even in his absence. Thanks a lot we had an unforgettable experience. Looking forward to revisiting the property.

My family and I recently stayed at Hotel West Coast in Nagaon, and it was a delightful experience. The resort's location is excellent--just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Nagaon Beach, making it a perfect choice for a relaxing getaway. The property is well-developed with ample parking space, a clean medium-sized swimming pool, and a poolside restaurant that offers an incredible dining experience. The food was exceptional--seafood is a must-try, and the chicken dishes were fresh and flavorful. The breakfast spread was also fantastic. While they don't serve liquor, the ambience and hospitality of the staff, including the main chef Mr. Mankar, Sujal, Mayuresh, and Mali Kaka, made every meal memorable. One of the highlights of our stay was the live music arranged by the resort. The artist delivered a mesmerizing performance with melodious singing and an excellent choice of songs, creating a magical evening. The resort is family-friendly, with a children's play area and well-maintained landscaping. The indoor game area was clean and enjoyable, though some equipment needed maintenance, and the outdoor play options could be improved. We stayed in a deluxe room that came with a lovely balcony and a seating area--perfect for enjoying the serene surroundings. The room was comfortable and clean, with prompt and efficient room service. However, a bit more space in the room and washroom would have made it even better. Overall, the staff was exceptionally courteous and attentive throughout our stay. Special mention to Mayuresh and Mali Kaka for their warm hospitality. My wife, 6-year-old daughter, and I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Hotel West Coast to anyone visiting Nagaon for a peaceful and enjoyable retreat.

The food was pathetic. The swimming was not clean. The staff was good but food was not at all up to the mark. Only there a advantage of location.
