While the property has potential, I found it to be not value for money. The location is decent, just a 5-7 minute walk from Nagaon Beach, which is convenient for tourists looking to enjoy the seaside. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, which is a plus. However, cleanliness needs significant improvement. A well-maintained property enhances the overall experience, and unfortunately, this aspect was lacking. For the price they charge, I expected better service and hospitality. If you spend the same amount in a tourist-friendly destination like Goa, you get far superior service, better amenities, and a more professional approach. For smaller tourist spots like Nagaon to thrive, it's important that hospitality businesses maintain high standards and offer a memorable experience to visitors. Good service is key to promoting tourism, and I sincerely hope Encase Holidays takes this as constructive feedback to improve.

Be careful while booking online. We booked fully paid booking still hotel staff didn't allow saying they are not on agoda. They had our booking email yet alleged some cyber fraud. At the end, Agoda had to refund and we had to leave the property. Staff was extremely rude too otherwise could have asked to do new booking.

No free water bottle in the room. No room services. Management worst. Property good. Pool awesome.

We visited here and we get very good service..rooms are spacious and clean...staff is very cooperative...I used kitchen for my little one..thier chef cooks very tasty food....we order thalis n brekfast an staters and all dishes r superb... we'll like to visit more here..the only thing I don't like is swimming pool is in front of kitchen soo I don't feel that much comfortable.
