My stay for two nights was excellent here. What's impressed me and my family is, hospitality by staff and food. The most surprising fact was any food item we ordered or had at restaurant was very well made and tasty. I will come back with family for sure.

I recently visited this resort with my cousins and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly supportive and accommodating. Despite arriving late for both the pool and dinner timings, the staff graciously allowed us to enjoy the pool and served us dinner without any hesitation. One of the best parts was that the resort is pet-friendly -- I brought along my two little kittens, and they were welcomed warmly at no extra charge. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Kashid, Alibaug, or Nagaon Beach.

We went for a nice Christmas break and the experience was pleasant. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Rooms were decent and clean. The food was really good in their restaurant Diamante though options are a bit limited. They had arranged nice events for 30th and 31st as well. Ya sure it was a bit pricey considering the Christmas and new year weekend however the stay was good and comfortable.

Detailed Review of the Hotel Pros: 1. Breakfast Buffet: Although the breakfast buffet was small and available for a limited time, the quality of the food was good. 2. Pool and Landscape: The swimming pool and the surrounding landscape were well-maintained and provided a pleasant experience. 3. Smooth Check-in: The check-in process was efficient and hassle-free. Cons: 1. Unresponsive Service for Families: We requested baby food for our child, but the staff denied it, claiming the restaurant was too busy. This lack of accommodation for families was disappointing. 2. Value for Money: We paid 8,000 for a family room, but the experience didn't justify the cost. The room quality and amenities fell far short of expectations. 3. Poor Room Cleanliness: The room was not properly cleaned. There were ants all over, and the towels had visible hair on them, which was unacceptable. 4. Unsafe Structure: The hotel's design was concerning. Accessing the room involved walking through a narrow passage with steel rolling fences. This setup seemed unsafe, and it's surprising how such a structure is approved by the authorities. 5. Inflexibility: Our request for a late checkout was outright denied, showing a lack of flexibility in guest services. Overall Experience: The negatives overshadowed the positives during our stay. While the hotel does have some redeeming features, the issues with cleanliness, safety, and customer service make it difficult to recommend. At this price point, one expects a much higher standard of service and facilities.

It was an amazing and memorable stay at resort. Taken good care of hygiene and the food was superb. Highly recommended to spend some valuable time with family, friends, partner.

Untidy rooms. Though the property is allegedly new and the owner is taking pains to ensure customer satisfaction, but the lack of housekeeping staff makes it a shabby 2 star property. Washrooms are dirty with filthy buckets and mugs, dirty cupboards and one room had a big size cockroach roaming above the bed. The washroom had a small frog on the drain. Overall, highly disappointing in terms of cleanliness. And a mood spoiler for a family who comes on a holiday. Breakfast spread was very average.
