Solitude Resort & Villa

We had made the advance booking a month ago. And I called them every week to remind them about our booking, asking them not to give our slot to anyone else. But at the last moment, they canceled our booking and didn't even inform us. One week before we were supposed to leave for the farmhouse, I called Mr. Mangesh, and he told us that our booking had been canceled. He said that someone else offered them more money for Saturday and Sunday, so they canceled our booking. This is unethical. If they had to cancel our booking, they should have informed us earlier. If possible, you all should avoid going there, otherwise, your well-made plans might get ruined at the last moment too.

Worst management We had booked in advance 1 month prior But Mr mangesh satam had taken another booking without taking confirmation or informing us.... And he informed that some other group is coming on the same day Mr kadam decided to cancel our advance Booking at the last moment... If there was any rating I would have chosen -5 star......

Worst management ever I had booked this villa 1.5 months ago but a week before the trip, they gave the booking to someone else for the money and were not responding to my call messages. Then, when I posted a review, they called me and started abusing and threatening me and said Hey, come in front of me, I will tell you. I have screenshots of my chat with them and my booking confirmation, this is the behaviour of their owner Mr. Mangesh Satam. Go to such place at your own risk or avoid going there. I suggest don't go to such places because owner's behaviour is hooligan (gunda,rowdy)

Solitude villa is awesome means rooms pool and main part is cleaniness. owner & care taker isliye very co operative reasonable price big space for around 20 person only the kitchen was aside of villa but over all good experience
