Great service. Great rooms. Cleanliness was also satisfactory. Food was also good. Have visited in April but would suggest to avoid summer as the near spots are not worth heat. Overall great experience you may visit without any doubt. Rates are also quite affordable.

Very poor and pathetic experience. Property is not maintained well. Washrooms were not cleaned. We had to argue with them to get it cleaned. Swimming pool looks like cleaning has not done for the last 1 month. Service is very pathetic. Service boys response looks like they are not getting salary. They are only interested to take money from customers. Please don't go to this place at any cost .

The rooms were really clean and aesthetic. A wooden cottage was provided, it had all elements of wood which made it really pretty with a great view. The swimming pool is really big and has an artificial waterfall and very clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was okayish but not bad. The market place is nearby from when you can buy food or drinks. Get your own vehicle since rooms are a little far than walkable distance. The clubhouse was very aesthetic and had many amenities and games to spend time. Must visit during monsoon with family and friends.

Our stay at Crystal Resort Karjat was quite disappointing. The place seemed poorly managed with run-down villas, broken doors, and overgrown grass in the backyard. Navigating to the villas was a challenge due to the lack of proper roads. The food quality was below par, leaving much to be desired. Unfortunately, the service staff didn't provide the help or attention needed to make the stay enjoyable. In a nutshell, Our experience at Crystal Resort Karjat was far from pleasant. Our hope this feedback helps the management address these issues and enhance the overall experience for future guests.

Vast property with impressive architecture of villas and bungalows. Food is tasty and service is good. Maintenance of property was little bit shabby. The resort has descent amenities and staff is responsive. They managed our family get together very well. It was a memorable experience.

This has been our worst experience till date. If you are a non-vegetarian then pls avoid this resort. Don't just watch the pictures and book your holidays here, zero maintenance of the indoor games, jacuzzi and other things. Except their highly co-operative staff especially navneet there is not a single thing to praise. They only serve Veg meals at their resort and assure you that they have multiple contacts of nearby restaurants by no one responds to their call. If you have your personal vehicle then only you can visit to the nearby restaurants which are not so nearby. You have to travel at least 3km from their resort to get you food. Poor network. You'll have to walk for a while to reach your rooms from the swimming pool and dining area because the property is huge and still under construction. Don't just trust the pictures they are ancient. Not recommended at all. Choose a good place to spend your holidays not this because you won't be leaving this place with good memories but with lots of disappointment. Very disappointed.

Pathetic service worst experience. The resort maintenance is too bad and the staff is very agressive they don't have a manner to talk with the customers. They are offering services like favouring on you. The food quality is not good its feel like they are offering used food and its too cold after requesting they not even give hot food and after every 1 hour they are disconnected the electricity for a 15min. And not even giving a time for pool jacuzzi and steam room they are disconnected the electricity after every half hour. For anything they felt you like to please them or bagging them for using any resort facilities. We want for my brother birthday celebration and after left the resort the resort Manager Mr. Shravan was whats app and shouting for decoration that why we didn't removed the decoration this works comes under House keepers right? People are booking resorts for enjoying the things not for doing house Cleaning. The food tasted so bad and we're refused to have it then the resort Manager what's app me the images too why you don't eat the food who we can eat tasteless food after paying so much money? Attaching some proofs also.

This company is being fraud in giving the payment whereas the staff are also part in this while asking they don't listen.
