WaW-Wellness Retreat was conducted in this beautiful property. Just apt for our requirements. - amidst the nature - great basic setup and well maintained - local meals organised - well equipped kitchen facilities - helpful and trained staff - clean swimming pool Added advantage for us was the trekking trails and good location for our activities like Forest Bathing, walk in the wilderness, etc. Management was willing to cater to our specific food requirements as it was a Wellness Retreat. Highly recommended as the location is just in the outskirts of Mumbai and a good getaway place if you want to take a break and looking for a tranquil place

Very quite and beautiful location just 2 hrs away from Thane. Last 15-20 min drive is really smooth and serene. If you like driving, you will definately enjoy this last 15-20 mins green and silent drive.

The property is a great place to stay. It has all the amenities including running water, electricity. It also has security cameras that are installed which ensures safety at all times. It has a swimming pool, a BBQ set and various board games and other fun activities. The bedrooms have soft quilted sheets sheets and comfortable mattress . Overall I would definitely recommend it.

We visited in Dec. 2023 for two days. Well located with full of open space & greenery. This is independent 3 bhk furnished villa with kitchen, AC bedrooms, swimming pool, generator backup (But not experienced power failure), huge open area for walk. Walking was enjoyable Tracking locations are in close vicinity. Very good hospitality. Food * * * * * Aahhhhh. Home-made from village. Also has running kitchen. Helping & Polite staff. One should plan for at list Two nights three-day.

Excellent location about 2 to 2 & half hours drive from Thane. Very good arrangements in Villa fm charging points to sitting places to swimming pool to camp fire at adjescnt plot & for walk. Various trees and sumptuous food arrangement from neighbour hood and hot instant geyser water in bathroom bathroom and the best is the owner Mr Ulhas Ranade makes good arrangements by his trained village staff and he is available on mob to help you in your requirements & also, visits his villa regularly. Barbecue & Fire Cooking pot available besides has in the kitchen with cutlery, glasses, etc. Beautiful surrounding area for walk in the big society premises and also in the village like jungle walk and beautiful sunset point can be seen just 5 minutes from villa and can see Bhimashankar mountain & some trecking points, some lakes and Murbad, Karjat, Matheran & many other destinations with 20-30 kms radius can be visited by own cars or may be he can arrange some paid taxi/vehicle, if told in advance. I would like to go and stay as is refreshing, relaxing and enjoying with friends, families or for training programs or for office staff small gatherings of about 10-15 people with terrace with sitting chairs, table, etc.

Place is very simple, clean and well maintained. Staff is very cordial and helpful. Very good for Quality Family Time or Get Together for School and College Buddies. Has swimming pool and Karaoke. AC in all the rooms. TV only in the hall. Food is tasty authentic Maharashtrian cuisine prepared in the village nearby, served hot. I would advise to ask the caretaker for suggestion on the local food.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mr. Ulhas Ranade's 3 BHK Nakshatra villa with a group of around 8 people, and I can confidently say that it was an enjoyable experience. The villa was spacious, clean, and well-suited for a group of 8-12 people. The bedrooms were very spacious and provided ample room for everyone, and the villa was well-maintained. Mr. Ranade was an excellent host and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He was very understanding when some members of our group had to cancel at the last minute, and he was always available to answer any questions we had. His warm and welcoming personality made us feel right at home, and we were grateful for his hospitality throughout our stay. The villa staff, the househelp lady, was also very sweet and helpful. They were always available to assist us with anything we needed, and they went out of their way to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. We appreciated their attentiveness and dedication to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. The non-vegetarian meals were delicious, but we found the vegetarian meals to be a bit bland. The villa is a little far from the station, but the owner provides a contact number for taxis, which charge around 100rs per person one way. Overall, we had an overall positive experience staying at Nakshatra villa. We appreciated the spacious and clean rooms, the helpful staff, and Mr. Ranade's kind and accommodating nature. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Nakshatra Holidays .. The place and ambiance is superb!! Peaceful and lush green. The climate when we reached was too good. It was raining and misty. Bungalow and it's swimming pool was well maintained and cleanliness was superb. Villa offered us a 3 bed stay each with AC and comfortable beds with extra bedsheet. co-operative local staff who was always there to help and serve us. Home made food was very good. chicken, mutton, panner cooked by locals was extremely tasty . Barbeque was fun. Owner Mr.Ulhas Ranade was very helpful and ensured we got top class and memorable service. My recommendation is to try this place to enjoy the nature and be with it. Families and kids will love it. It's safe.
