Zenia : Luxury Suites and Serviced Apartments, Powai

Multiple buildings with 40+ floors managed very well. Some are available as furnished service Apt. while I think many are owned by individuals. Complete campus is well kept with 24hr security system. The furniture in the rooms and the toilet fixtures and kitchen equipments are all of good quality. We enjoyed our 2 days stay there. Awesome location too.

I had stayed In Zenia owned apartment last time and experience was awesome and preferred to stay this time ..but second time stay experience was pathetic. Had to wait for 4 hour for a simple breakfast and chai which I did not get even after multiple calls to the kitchen and even after calling office staff . Both the kitchen and office staff has don't care attitude Apartment is undoubtedly nice and location Is awesome. The staff must change their behaviour.

Amazing place to chill out with your gang/family and even for couples. The stay is always super clean. Amazing views also within the city so everything you want is nearby. Really good for one day stay at affordable prices.

had an extremely disappointing stay at Zenia, which I feel compelled to share to help others make an informed decision. My initial booking was for an apartment, but due to work requirements, I needed to extend my stay. While I understood that a last-minute extension might require a change of apartments, the new apartment they provided was unhygienic and unfit for occupancy. The sofa was stained, and overall cleanliness was lacking. Despite assurances from the staff that they would address the issues the next morning, no action was taken. Returning to find the same dirty apartment after a long workday was highly frustrating. When I raised the issue again, I was made to pack up and wait for two hours late at night to be moved to yet another apartment, which also had cleanliness issues and a missing TV remote. Customer service was dismissive, suggesting I vacate and receive a refund rather than resolving the problems. The lack of accountability and poor service left me feeling frustrated and stressed throughout my stay. For a property that advertises itself as luxurious, the experience was far from it. The only positive aspect was the location (Hiranandani Gardens). The service and the condition of the accommodations were below average. I strongly advise against booking with Zenia if you value cleanliness, good service, and a hassle-free stay. You can easily find better options for the same price or less. Avoid Zenia to save yourself from potential frustration and a ruined trip

I had a very bad experience there. You will die by hunger there. They dont have a kitchen there. The person who is managing food delivery at their suites don't care about guests. Please avoid this property.

Fantastic property to stay in when in Mumbai, with great access to food, transportation, and commercial hubs. Well-kept apartments with great service. A great alternative to expensive hotels on price with the same level of comfort and service.

Honestly, they need to market more as the property is really good. Location is great. Only issue is service disconnect. It's not bad in any sense you request and will get service but the issue is you have to ask!
