Tri hotel

Worst experience. The standard rooms here are totally packed, without any ventilation. There is a vast difference between the reality and their website photos. - Rooms are very tidy. - The surrounding area is a fish market. - The bathroom door lock was broken. - AC remotes were not working - The towel provided was very much dirty and when requested to change it, the changed towel was literally stinking. - Instead of a door mate, they used a napkin outside the bathroom.

I had one of the worst stays at this hotel and wouldn't even give it a single star if that were an option. The issues were numerous: Cleanliness: The rooms were filthy, with no cleaning done despite multiple requests. Hygiene: The entire property had a bad odor, and the bedsheets and pillow covers were clearly unwashed. Customer Service: Even after repeated requests to clean the room, the staff would promise to do "kar denge" but never followed through. This level of service is unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs.

The hotel is located close to Kandivalli station. The locality is a bit shabby, however all regular food items at very cheap cost is available close to the hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean. Linen and blankets are clean too. Ac works properly and bathrooms have round the clock hot water supply. Service is good and people at reception are friendly.

The place was ok but the major problem for my family was that it is in the Muslim community which made it impossible for us to search for any vegetarian restaurant. They do not have hot water facilities, no free water bottles, had to argue for them, and they would charge extra for everything you ask them to do. The room door also could not be locked properly so we had to ask them to fix it as well

The staff is friendly, but the rooms need to upkeep more hygiene specially for couples

First of all you will not get a water in the morning to flush, and the responsible staff is answering that " motor chalu hai pani nai aa raha hai to me kya karu?" also the area is too RISKY FOR FEMALE, no cleanliness, don't expect the Clean Washroom,No TV unite, No Clean Cushions, No hygiene.

Rooms were very bad n even the washroom closets were broken, not recommended for family n business stays.

I booked this hotel online and was unaware of its location. When I visited the hotel, the area was hectic and bad smell surroundings. Rooms are quiet enough, but the room boys are completely deaf and they will not listen to what you actually need. Please do not order food from the room boys, as they will steal your money and buy cheap and dirty food nearby. This hotel is not what I would suggest for a family. Please do not believe when you see 5/5 star ratings in these reviews, as the hotel staffs itself gives 5 stars through his / her neighbors, acquaintances, and relatives..
