Pathetic experience the moment we walked in the Hotel with a grim looking host. We had the hotel booked for 14 days and when we reached the hotel the man at the reception said that they dont allow unmarried couples. We had come tired after our travel and this is what we get to know at the hotel. I tried speaking logic to the guy but he just didn't wanted to listen. Moreover i asked him to show the policy on any of the platform which he was unable to. If you want to see an example of un cooperative staff go to this hotel. I have never experienced this level of hospitality anywhere. Never recommending this place to anyone.

It was a great stay that starts from reception to housekeeping. All the staffs were very polite, professional, friendly and very helpful. Thank you everyone for your great hospitality & awesome service Foods were very testy also with affordable prices

I liked my stay in this hotel. Service is good, Staff behaviour is good.. the cook for breakfast is excellent.. i enjoyed the taste of breakfast. Overall experience of my 5 days stay was good.

It's the best hotel available at the reasonable price in powai and the sakivihar area. Best suited for working people. Hotel management and staff all are very polite and helpful.

I had a wonderful experience during my recent business stay at this hotel. The staff service was exceptional, and I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. The breakfast spread was excellent, and as a Jain person, I appreciated that bread, butter, and bread jam were always available, along with warm tea. Additionally, the room came with two bags of tea/coffee replenished daily, which was a thoughtful touch. A special thanks to Mr. Girish and Ms. Nira for their outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays.

Well maintained hotel, room was as shown in pictures on net.. staff is pretty cooperative and helpful.. overall a good hotel for short & long stay.. but they don't have own parking n no place for dormitory.. rest is pretty good.

I stayed at the Zaid International Hotel for seven days and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast service was excellent, and the hotel offered convenient facilities, such as promptly providing an iron press upon request, which I needed daily. One area for improvement would be the taste of the food offered through room service. Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.
