Treebo Premium Savera Inn

Positives: 1. The staff is good and cooperative. I have given 2 stars for staff only, otherwise 1 star is sufficient 2. Rooms are clean Negatives: 1. Not worth 5.2k per night 2. AC water was leaking and suddenly it started making gargling sound at night 3. The door of the bath room was not closing and the mirror was shaking so during the time I was in the room, they came to repair it 4. The bed had small insects 5. The charging point was loose 6. The wifi didn't work at all. I had to use my phone internet and hotspot to complete any work This experience deserves a refund!

This booking was done for my close family friend who arrived Friday Jan 10th back from airport because flights were cancelled due to bad weather. I came to hotel with my brother to meet him at Savera Inn to check on him but the staff member Mr. Akash Singh denied our entry to meet the guest stating it's against the policy which is totally not acceptable. I told them clearly that the purpose of booking was purely based on the recent stay in the same place from 4 to 6 Jan under booking ID WLK-1378391-TRALRQ and with good reason we decided to get him back to same hotel but this behaviour of not allowing me to meet and spend some time with my family member was totally inappropriate. I want you to take this point into consideration and ensure family and friends are allowed to meet in person as we are meeting each others after years since he came all the way from Jammu. I expect a proper feedback and action on the management to clarify if this is a hospital whereby the rule of not meeting patient after 6pm is understood but in hotel to meet my own family member how can they stop me. People reading this post please keep this rule in mind before booking your stay here.

My uncle booked the entire hotel for a function. The staff is amazing, so are the rooms and the food. Value for everything. Highly recommend.

Good to stay with family. Get Homely stay filling . Everything is available around the hotel. Big rooms with two windows with city views. We get a complimentary breakfast. Thanks to the hotel. Room is cleaned very well.

The stay was fantastic here. Everything was upto the mark. Rooms are clean and cozy. All the toiletries were available. This hotel provided me what i was expecting in mumbai. Staff is cooperative and helpful. I want to give five stars to the manager Mr Naveen. He is such a good host. Thank you

We had a great experience staying here!! The staff is very helpful and they provide service very quickly.

We stayed here for 20 days. The rooms are new and are immaculate. The layout of the room and the bathroom with running hot water was best for the price of the hotel. The staff was courteous and a joy to deal with. The location is very convenient with metro and autos easily accessible. Would come back again and recommend to anyone looking to stay near by.

Worst hotel. Staff doesn't know how to speak with the guest. Cockroaches all over in the room.
