Had a very gracious stay. The hotel looks very contemporary, interiors are clean and straight. The hotel has a very business vibes to it. The rooms are well lit with natural light, spacious, luxurious and thoughtfully designed. The staff is very responsible and courteous. The architecture is classy, and the views around the hotel are beautiful. The fitness centre is well equipped. I only visited their lounge and bar restaurant - the quality was good with differentiating options in menu. All in all, enjoyed my stay here.

This hotel provided the single worst experience I've ever encountered in my years of travel. I made a reservation on Booking.com shortly before my flight to Mumbai, expecting a hassle-free check-in after a long journey. But upon arriving at 8 PM--exhausted and ready to settle in--I discovered, via email, that my booking had been abruptly canceled. I immediately called the hotel, only to be met with the rudest, most dismissive customer service imaginable. The staff member on the phone smugly informed me that they canceled my booking because I hadn't prepaid online. Never mind the fact that Booking.com doesn't even require advance payment for reservations. In a mere three hours, they managed to panic over a payment that wasn't due and left me stranded in an unfamiliar city with no accommodations. This hotel's utter lack of professionalism is staggering. Not only was their communication nonexistent until the cancellation, but their unhelpful, condescending attitude made a bad situation worse. It's clear they have no concern for their guests or their circumstances. I can't speak to the hotel's actual facilities because I never got the chance to step inside. However, if their staff's behavior is any indication, I wouldn't trust them to run a lemonade stand, let alone a hotel. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy being left out in the cold, treated like an inconvenience, and scrambling to find last-minute accommodations because of their incompetence.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and a variety of amenities nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, and the facilities provided exceeded our expectations. The WiFi was reliable, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. Some amazing restaurants nearby as well as the ones inside the hotel. The decorations were beautiful too for Christmas and overall vibe of the hotel was great. The hotel's walkability score was excellent, as we could easily explore the surrounding area on foot. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Mumbai.

Room allotted was very poor ...2 beds were joined together....no charging plugs available...no dim light in room .....food very costly ( plus bill was having additional service charge of 10% )... Extremely unsatisfied with the room... service was good...staff good.

Really tiny rooms with humidity and damp smell. The AC was not working properly. Basically not for family. Saw only unmarried couples taking rooms on hourly basis or maximum a day. Youngsters used it for party. Too loud.

Nice hotel. Right beside the road. Near to Mumbai International Airport, Terminal 2.5-10 min away. Rooms are nice and clear with luxurious touch stayed here for a couple of week the elegance of the room is great. The service provided by the hotel management is good. You get a complementary brekfast which is also good. Thanku.

This hotel is very good for family and their food is delicious and facilities are amazing they provide services 24 hours and receptionist is also very nice and polite

This place is a good place to put up.the rooms are well maintained with hot and cold water supply and the cleaning and housekeeping is also done well the staff is polite and co operative .the rates are reasonable too.eiyhin walking distance u will find restaurant and lot of breakfast options.
