Treebo Blue Moon - Hotel in Mumbai

Overall a good hotel situated on the main road but no proper board is there. They denied me early check-in despite having empty rooms. The charge they asked for early check-in was way too high. No cooperation from staff members and kept me sitting in the lobby for 3-4hrs. I requested them to provide me any room for just 30-45min so that I can at least get ready and leave for work but they didn't co-operate at all. Treebo team to kindly look into this matter.

I do not recommend this hotel for several reasons. 1. The rooms are poorly ventilated, making it feel suffocating. 2. There is no hot water available for bathing, and the electric kettle does not work. They provide low-quality handwash and body wash, and no moisturizers are available. 3. The hotel room appears shabby. Regarding the staff: 1. The receptionists are very rude. 2. BREAKFAST IS NOT GOOD . 3. I was charged extra for a water bottle. I had three bottles, and they charged me 90 rupees at checkout. 4. The design of the rooms is not suitable for older people, as there is a raised platform leading to the washroom and a slippery floor, which increases the risk of accidents. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel.

The room was cramped and lacked a window for ventilation. The bed was uncomfortably small, and breakfast options were limited to just two choices. Additionally, the kitchen staff was unhelpful, resulting in poor overall service.

Hotel is good and decent, stayed with family, for early check in they collected 600rs and gave room at 8AM. Breakfast also ok. Near Naanayas veg restaurant is there which is good and walkable.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 days couple of days back..had opted for Delux room at 5800/- (2 rooms) rooms were nice and clean & spacious, when we wanted to extend for 1 more day, they said deluxe rooms have been booked and you have to downgrade to Standard rooms @ 2500/- even though the rooms were very much vacant...this hampered the overall experience also they didn't accept card payment and ask for Cash or Gpay only...Wifi is down most of the time and food items are brought from outside, they don't have their own kitchen ..rating it 2 star for the unaccomodative nature of the staff...

Worst possible experience you can get in a hotel. Staff seems very rude and unpleasant all the time. Hotel staff demanded money in the middle of the night for food and water you have ordered. Rooms are unventilated, dark and smelly, not even one window is there. There is a column at the middle of the room. They provide same soap for handwash and shampoo. Room door lock was broken, felt very unsafe and when asked to fix it they straight up denied taking any action. No taxi drop facility to airport. Overall a very bad experience.

Friendly for solo travellers in my opinion. They were kind enough to prepare an extra bed and the rooms were clean as well as the bathroom. But their services were limited and the room features were not so suitable for family. Very limited services, small buffet room and small bathroom. It's alright for the price.
