Muskan at the front desk is the sweetest! Staying at theory9 for the 3rd time and the location is excellent, we could walk to most cafes or a quick auto ride. Staff is very prompt in addressing any issues, only feedback would be to change the beds as they seem pretty worn out. Strongly recommend staying at Thoery9!

Our family had a weeks stay at this service apartment. The rooms are set around a common area and kitchen. Works very well as our family had booked all the rooms however might be inconvenient if you are just booking one room. Room fairly comfortable but expect some noise from the busy road outside. Rooms were cleaned regularly. Staff is very helpful and always greet you with a smile and willing to go the extra mile. A great breakfast with a lot of variety and can also order a few customised items. Hotel does not allow non vegetarian food. There is a washing machine and dryer available for use. A great option for Bandra.

We booked same day as unbearable construction was taking place in our building. Upon arrival, the room was next to the kitchen and smelled of food. We asked to be given an alternative and were sent to the Khar location only to be given another room next to that kitchen. Thus, we never checked in, never even turned on the light, and were still charged the full rate even though we booked at 5pm and declined at 8pm same day. Very little English or Hindi is spoken or understood at the front desks. The contact support number is disconnected. No response from email. Left feeling very cheated.

The experience is disappointing for the price paid (13K). Too small room, stained wardrobe and wall (can see the photos), spider webs and living spider in the bathroom. Bathroom handle doesnt work, too much sound from outside. Limited breakfast options, items were not prepared even at 9 though it starts from 7:30. You can surely try other options in similar or a lil bit higher price which could be better. Strongly recommended to avoid if you have other choice.

1 star because I can't go any lower. We booked for 2 nights paying 13k per night for a deluxe room. We ignored the fact that it was as big as a match box, hoping the overall feel might make up for it. We were also presented with 1 pair of ear plugs, which to our horror turned out to be the most useless thing in this entire hotel. The experience of staying 1 night in this room was as good as staying on the street below. The room had zero sound proofing. All night long we could hear cars, trucks, people shouting. I say this with zero exaggeration, I have had less trouble being around a running plane engine than being in this room! Do not be fooled by the pretty decor, if you need a good night's sleep please stay away from this so called serviced apartments. We got completely ripped off. Worst experience of any serviced apartments/hotel. After a long tiring day, trying to sleep in this room is like being in the middle of a war.

Our little one had a wonderful time too, especially enjoying the relaxing jacuzzi experience, which was a highlight for us all. A big thank you to the amazing staff who went the extra mile to capture our special moments--it meant so much to us! The experience, aptly named "Night Under the Sky," was truly magical and made our anniversary unforgettable. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety that left us satisfied and ready to start the day. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged, adding a touch of elegance to our stay. The location was convenient, and the overall ambiance of the apartment made it a perfect choice for such a special occasion. We are a group of 14 adults and two kids ages 1 and 3, all here for a family get together with our 94 year old mother/ grand mother. We rented two full 4BR apartments for 5 days each, and we all had a great time. The service provided by all staff was exemplary- very courteous, and eager to meet our needs. All the breakfasts were substantial, with good variety and healthy choices. And we had opportunities to indulge in less healthy but highly tasty choices as well. Lunches and dinners were also very good. They would cook dishes to our liking in terms of variety and spice (heat) level. Housekeeping was also very good. The staff would come promptly to tidy up the apt as needed. A special shout out to Deepak, Yash and Sameeksha of Cafe9. There are nice shops for all kinds of goods, and nice restaurants for various cuisines in the surrounding area. We enjoyed quite a few of these over the five days we were here. We'll certainly consider Theory 9 for our next event in next 2-3 years.
