The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel with my family, and it was truly a delightful experience. The staff was lovely -always warm, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. The food was excellent, with a great variety of dishes that catered to different tastes. Every meal was delicious, and the dining experience added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. One of the highlights was the amazing location the hotel is close to the lake, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. Whether it was a morning walk or an evening stroll, the scenic surroundings made our stay even more special. Overall, it was a very good stay with family. The hotel ensured all the comforts we needed, making our trip relaxing and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant getaway!

As a frequent guest at Marriott, I often compare the quality of service at various locations I visit. My experiences across several Marriott properties have ranged from satisfactory to very good. However, this stay ( my first)at the Westin truly exceeded my expectations. The amenities were excellent, and the staff were polite, accommodating, and genuinely eager to assist. Additionally, I must highlight that they have one of the finest lounges among all the Marriotts I have visited thus far. The outstanding team members, including Simi and Rin, among others, made me feel truly welcome.The only problem I faced was getting Uber to pickup calls from this location.

Exceptional Stay at Marriott Powai! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Marriott Powai, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel's location by Powai Lake offers breathtaking views, creating a serene and luxurious atmosphere. Requested them to decor the room during booking but unfortunately they didn't do it. Better to call them a few times and remind them of any special requests. The breakfast options were too little with absolutely no one to assist. The only positive is their location. Overall hospitality is very much average.

The hotel is everything that you can expect from a 5 star. Great service and nice large rooms. It is sad to see the dispensers at this price point on the showers. The location is such that you need a taxi to go anywhere from here. The lake view is not amazing, just good enough. Gym and other facilities are good.

First impression is that it's a nice hotel. Cons: -Rooms are a little musty -The grout in the shower has black mold. -Funky smell in the room hallways -Pool was closed for 2 days for a private event -Upon checkout there was random tax they "forgot" to charge me for when I originally paid. This practice is sketchy and they would not wave it. Positives: The beds are really comfortable. They have a gym Breakfast is nice Restaurant has good food I booked this hotel for 11 of us and I don't know that I will do it again for the company I work for nor privately.

Absolutely unacceptable service, especially from a staff member named Samidha. She assigned us a room that was already occupied -- we walked in on a stranger sleeping in bed. This is not just unprofessional, it's a serious breach of privacy and safety. She's completely disorganized, forgets everything you tell her, and behaves as if helping guests is a punishment. Her attitude is shockingly rude and careless. While the hotel itself is decent, the noise from the back side is unbearable -- loud music blasts until midnight, making it hard to sleep or relax. Because of the staff -- particularly Samidha -- I strongly advise you to avoid this place. A stay here might not just disappoint you, it could seriously ruin your entire trip. If management doesn't take action, this hotel is heading toward disaster. Think twice before booking.
