The Ube Residency - Hotel In Malad West

The pictures in the ads are totally misleading and do not match the reality of the hotel at all. What you see online is NOT what you get when you check-in. This place clearly caters more to hourly bookings -- if you know what I mean -- rather than genuine travelers or families. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, safe, and family-friendly environment. Better to avoid and look for a more professional and transparent hotel elsewhere.

I must say , I have being staying here for almost 2months for my business trip, and truly thankful to each and every person let it be, The Manager Sir or morning staff Soni and Khushi or the evening one Akash and Anna and to all the bell boys , I have always had an homely environment with no issue ever. I would highly recommend this place for holiday or business tour both. The rooms are clean and tidy and safe, Hatz off to all of you.
