The ambience is decent and clean, but the room we got seemed designed for elderly guests. It's better to check your room before checking in. If you insist, they might offer a discount of up to 10-12%. The location is convenient, close to Andheri railway station (55-70 by auto). The first-floor free breakfast service is nice, but the menu remains the same daily, which could use variety. The ground-floor restaurant serves tasty food, though it's on the expensive side. Overall, a decent stay with a few areas for improvement.

I had taken accomodation on business trip for 3 nights. The location is right on main road and easily traceable. Entrance although is by the side and the facing side is occupied by 2 restaurants - Ganga and Pickle & Pint. Very nice and well maintained infrastructure. I just happened to do yoga as per my routine when I found that the floor beneath the bed and chair backside is unattended and has dust and allergens. Further the hotel practices environmental conservation philosophy by not cleaning linen each day. A pamphlet is left by side of bed, which needs to be removed in case bed linen needs to be cleaned. I am sceptical how frequently they clean or clean it or not as permanent dust accumulated on bed linen along a straight line was found. Only 2 500ml water bottle served as complimentary which is minimal for a hot and dry place like Mumbai. Restaurant add option for family stay. Energy conservation by LED lights implemented. According to room rent some complimentary allowable items are required to be asked as required often by traveller e.g comb, shaving kit, sleepers etc. TV recharge expired on the last night, which I didn't like. Again my details as mentioned during check in were not properly incorporated in the invoice and during checkout some delay happened however prompt cooperation resolved the matter. Overall a nice and comfortable stay I would stay again and also recommend others.

The room I booked was not as expected, and the staff, including room service and housekeeping, were rude. Later, we were upgraded to another room, but it was even worse than the Serenity room. The prices were far too high for the quality of service and the room.

Very bad experience. Rude staff at reception, slow room service. One tea takes 40 mins and 3 reminders. Dirty room filled with smoke and insects. At best its a budget hotel but charging a 5 star rate. Not recommended for families.

Food is top notch. Especially chicken crispy. I loved it. It was so good. I have it everytime I visit there.

We recently stayed at Tunga Paradise Hotel in Andheri, Mumbai for our engagement, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional! The arrangements were flawless, and every single guest was taken care of with utmost attention. The Ganga Restaurant, located on the ground floor, serves incredible vegetarian food that left everyone impressed, especially with their flavors and variety. On the first floor, Pickle and Pint was equally outstanding, offering a fantastic ambiance and service. A special mention goes to Mr. Nagraj for seamlessly managing the banquet arrangements, ensuring everything was perfect for our function. Valencia at the reception deserves appreciation for smooth room arrangements and Hospitality, while Janice provided excellent support with the bookings, and Ateesh also went above and beyond to assist us. If you're planning an engagement or any gathering for 100-150 people in Andheri, Tunga Paradise is the ideal venue. Highly recommended for its impeccable service, fabulous food, and exceptional hospitality.

This is regarding one order which I have placed and it took them one hour to deliver I stay 15 min away from the restaurant and after raising my issue they were not concerned about it.
