Exceptional stay! Clean rooms, courteous staff, and perfect location. Great amenities, delicious breakfast, and smooth check-in. Highly recommend for a relaxing, safe, and memorable experience! The housekeeping was prompt, and the room service menu had great options. The ambiance was peaceful--ideal for both business and leisure travelers. Will definitely return!

Room was clean and hygiene. To add more the rooms were too spacious. Breakfast is also good and has variety. The staff is highly professionally and are always available at the service. I really enjoyed staying here . I was having my booking from my company itself so it was wonderful

The hotel is a reasonable 3 star property. The a large property and conveniently located. The bed was good and the room clean enough. The improvements needed in the property include - need for clean towers. All my towels were soiled, some appear to have been used by previous guest on shoes and the overall experience using hotel provided towels was bad. - the tikka options on the room tops at Main Grills was not very good. It had too much oil that I could taste for 3 days. The staff are reasonable and good. I was in room 436 which was too far from the lift as I would prefer something close to the lift.

Location, facilities and welcoming staff are the wins here. Good bar with live singing and Excellent range of liquor. Food is delicious and good range. Rooftop is excellent but needs some thought to providing air through tower acs or just adequate quantity of Pedestal fans. View of the airport is awesome.

I recently had a wonderful stay at The Orchid Hotel, and I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for their warm and attentive service, especially during my fasting period. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of. A special thank you to the amazing chef, Mr. Rizwan Khan, who is so amazing and caring he is truly exceptional. He's a wonderful asset to The Orchid!

Staff right from security guards, bell boys (men), restaurant staff were very hospitable, friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and bed were comfy. From my room window I can see the construction site but didn't heard anything though people with big machinery were in action. I stayed in many 5 Star Hotels worldwide but I found this hotel is one of the best. It's close to domestic terminal but not very far from international airport where most of the domestic flights also depart. I will definitely stay in this hotel whenever I will be visiting Mumbai.

The hotel is located at perfect location and offers grrat hospitality but the policy of the hotel is much more against the customer.They do not allow outside food closes buffet sharp on time.The buffet has sufficient options but are tasteless.Out of 6 veg curries available only one was viable to be eaten rest all are not good at taste. Also at dinner only repeated Bhelpuri and Pani puri counter is at live rest nothing new.Also hotel does not serve any soft drink as a part of package.Much of the so called policies are derived to SAY NO TO CUSTOMER.Overall it was a nice stay for five days but if you want to be at ease with not much of useless policies it would be prefered to go with some other hotels at ville parle.At the time of check in rather then telling to about the hotel and its feature they tell you about WHAT IS NOT ALLOWDED AGAIN GIVING A NEGATIVE AURA.Also after aloting a room no one will assist to till room search yourself and go. Specially if you are at 7th floor u yourself search for the lift that will take you to that floor

My husband and I visited the Boulevard cafeteria in The Orchid after a tiring flight from Bangalore. The staff, especially Kamei, greeted us warmly and helped us with what we needed at the cafeteria. Enjoyed the buffet spread at breakfast Definitely recommend this place for people visiting Bombay.
