I had a truly wonderful experience at Lelit Mumbai. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. The room service was exceptional -- every time I ordered something, it arrived promptly and exactly as requested. The menu offered a good variety, and the food was consistently fresh, hot, and delicious. The team was always polite, professional, and attentive to details.||What really stood out to me, though, was the housekeeping. The room was spotless every single day. They paid attention to the smallest details -- from neatly folded towels to replenished toiletries and a perfectly made bed. Even when I requested extra pillows or a late cleaning time, they accommodated me with no fuss at all. The housekeeping staff was incredibly respectful and efficient, always working quietly and quickly without disturbing my stay.||It's rare to find a hotel where both room service and housekeeping are equally outstanding, but Lelit Mumbai exceeded my expectations on both fronts. Their dedication to guest comfort and cleanliness made my stay not just good, but genuinely great. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a smooth, relaxing, and well-cared-for experience.

We recently stayed at The Lalit Mumbai and, unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. While it may have once been a 5-star property, it no longer feels like one. The rooms are quite outdated, and the bathroom was particularly concerning -- there was visible pink slime in the shower and around the sink, which suggests bacterial growth (likely pseudomonas). It makes you question whether proper cleaning agents like bleach are being used by housekeeping. I booked a room for two adults and a child via Booking.com, clearly mentioning all specifications, yet was unexpectedly charged extra upon check-in. The front desk staff were unwelcoming and not helpful at all, which left a sour first impression. On a positive note, the concierge team was excellent -- helpful, professional, and truly the highlight of our experience in terms of service. We arrived late around 11pm and opted for room service. Unfortunately, the food was cold, and no condiments were provided with our side of fries. The egg sandwich, spaghetti, and paneer dish were all underwhelming in terms of quality and presentation. During checkout, I overheard another guest also voicing complaints, which confirmed that our experience wasn't isolated. Overall, this hotel seems more deserving of a 3-star rating at most. It's disappointing to see how much it has declined. For the premium prices charged, guests should expect much better standards across the board

Amazing place to stay. Close to the airport. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, great breakfast spread amazing staff at reception and cleaning personal. You get the chefs at the restaurant come out and ask if the food was good and if you need anything. Overall the customer service is the best. Reception staff are so accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Will recommend to anyone travelling to Mumbai as it has a great ambiance. |You can call reception and immediately get whatever you need delivered to your room. Management should be very proud of their employees who make guests feel at home with smiles and politeness. I would give them a 100% in their customer service. |To get to the airport, book an uber as hotel charges 3 times the amount.

Food was very good special mention of chef vinod chef rajaram and team for amazing food and hospitality. Excellent service side from Mr Noor; Kevin and Ajay. Fabulous ambience!! Highly recommend place located near Airport one should defined visit

The food was another highlight, with a wide variety of delicious dishes that reflected both local and international flavors. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

Vahid was extremely helpful in his service. Extremely efficient and diligent, he really made the stay comfortable. I was in room 247. I highly recommend the hotel for both short and long stays. Great location with proximity to major commercial and tourist hubs

Just finished my stay. Quite disappointing. At first they could not find my reservation. They finally managed ("was in a different system"). Evening we went to Asian restaurant. We were the inly guests, got cold food after ...1 h waiting. Disaster. Non smoking room and bed linen smelled with cigarettes smoke, room floor looked like after a serious flood. Would not go there again.
