Decent hotel for the price you pay. They have a nice fast food joint attached to the hotel downstairs. The rooms are medium size and well kept. Easy to find and spot from the main road. Parking here can be an issue as they have very limited parking. The building from the outside looks modern but inside the rooms are a bit dated.

We had a wonderful experience staying there as the hospitality was good and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay very smooth. Mr.jitesh at the front desk have been very helpfull... he welcomed us with a warm smile and treated us like a family and also the house keeping boys were very courteous and well behaved. The rooms were very clean and also i appreciate the amenities the hotel had to offer. I highly recommend Hotel Khwaishh residency for anyone looking for a budget friendly, and enjoyable stay.

Amazing experience , good food & services , connectivity is also good from metro station & train station, perfect for peaceful gateway with your loved ones. Breakfast is also good

We just visited the hotel. It is in good location. Rooms are clean and ok.. morning breakfast is good. Service is ok. However hotel manager is worst. If you stay in hotel , next day the manager will ask you for 1 day rent. Everytime the same person see you, he starts with same topic that is "pay the rent" . They make you feel as if you are here to run after staying. If you want to feel low and humiliated, this hotel is best for you..

I had a wonderful stay. Rooms size is sufficient for a solo traveller. There is a restaurant beside the room with delivery too. The metro station is 10 min away. U can get auto easily. Breakfast is average. Not sure why people have given bad reviews but I am happy to recommend this since this is safe and sufficient if your plan is just for stay

Had a wonderful stay the staff was very welcoming especially the front desk Jitesh & Prasad very helpful and welcoming. I would recommend this place any time the room was neat and tidy food was also good. Just note if you want your blink it and zomato orders to be delivered to room just make sure to pay in advance. We got our zomato food delivered to room with extra plates and utensils. Thank you loads. Definitely gonna visit again.
