The Grandeur Boutique Hotel

Very bad experience. I checked in on 15th March. The Rooms are very small and infested with Mosquitos. The hotel is not for family. This hotel gives rooms to unmarried couples on hourly basis. Just beside our room was given to such couple who checked out in 2 hours. Many couples checked in and out without any luggage. We had booked online so we had to stay there. Breakfast is so bad that street food looks like 5 star. Please do not go there unless you want to go there for a couple of hours.

This hotel is pretty decent and the rooms are big enough. Service was great. The staff was very responsive. The location is very convenient to go anywhere. It's on the main road. The food is so delicious. Breakfast was included in our package. Both days there was variety in breakfast. There was a massage chair in our room . I highly recommend this place because of the friendliness, service, food, and location.

The rooms even though r small are.well laid out. Well stocked with toileteries. The rooms are neat and clean . Reception staff was very friendly and welcoming . 2 litres of Kinley water bottle is provided.

The room was neat and clean had a amazing stay the best was the massage chair They should put the updated massage chair in all the rooms we had booked 2 rooms and it was only in our room not in the other room so just that needs to be updated

The hotel is pretty event was handed by snehal was superb . Staff is so supportive .will recommend to do other functions

1. Centrally located in Borivali west. 2. Adequately size roots 3. Detention service. There was cigarette smell in the roop, which was irritating.

Looks flashy from outside, pathetic inside. Not at all maintained, stinky and things were falling apart.. Imagine the plight when the flush doesn't work after doing your business!! Not at all worth the price being charged.. Worst, the staff was so casual about it and NOT once asked about the stay experience or for a feedback while check out... so here is the feedback!

Loved the experience... Staff is so polite and helpful The complimentary breakfast was just awesome The rooms are well maintained, clean n tidy , staff is always available for any service. Extra bed charge is 1100rs , a bit extra but worth the experience Easily accessible and rickshaw are available nearby. Enjoy ur stay .
