The Classic Club awesome hotel to Stay.. Beautiful ambience, humble & courteous staff. Food is delicious, specially breakfast. All credit n round of applause goes to the Chef incharge.They maintain cleanliness & hygiene in all aspects. Recommendable.

My stay at this hotel was beyond disappointing. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Mold was present everywhere, adding to the discomfort. They couldn't even handle simple laundry requests. The room felt like a shoebox, and I was horrified to find cockroaches in the breakfast spread. Mosquitoes were a constant nuisance, and the air conditioning was either non-existent or blasting at full power with no middle ground. This place is a disaster, and I strongly recommend avoiding it

They are scamming. They charged me for a month and I paid on 18th of the month. After payment they said it's only till 31st after taking money for the whole month. Their gym equipment is from 1998 and they charge 500rs a day!??? For what? Really poor ambience, the staff at reception named Anmol said that my membership is valid through the month. And after a week they said they will charge for 12 days?????. Poor service and very very poor communication. I want my money back. Please do not join this gym or club. They are overcharging their own members so imagine what they do to outsiders. If yu read this, please do not join. Very poor staff at reception and gym.

I had a horrible experience at this hotel. The rooms were extremely small, and there were cockroaches in the breakfast. Mold was everywhere, mosquitoes will spend the night with you and the hotel couldn't even wash clothes, no laundry on site . The staff was very unpleasant. I strongly advise against staying here

One large bed was asked, they gave 2 single beds combined which was very uncomfortable to sleep. Asked room service food explicitly without bell peppers, chef said this dish doesn't have any capsicum in it and I still ended up getting a lot of it, ruined the mood as I was famished.

Really nice hotel at a good place. Loved my stay there. Room service is really nice. So is the bar and restaurant.

The Classique Club located behind Infinity Mall New Link Rd, Andheri W is definitely right up there with one of the better clubs in the Suburbs. Spent an entire day and got to experience the hospitality, the location, the food, the ambience and the overall experience was fantastic. The swimming pool is the main highlight of the place, very well kept and clean water. Length is about 25 meters. The food though good was very slow on service with some dishes taking upwards of 20 mins to serve. The hospitality and overall ambience was excellent though with clean well kept washrooms, plenty of seating and hospitality staff always on the move to clean up and serve as required. One of the main benefits is plenty of parking within the premises especially on the busy link road. Overall a good experience with only the wait times for food taking a bit too long. But that could also be due to the overwhelming number of people present so let's see next time.
