The BNB STAY by Arch Hospitality Services

The rooms in their new property is awesome, fully equipped with all the basic amenities, clean, well furnished and well maintained but the rooms in old property are lousy, untainted and without elevator. Unfortunately out of 30 guests My wife and I were the only ones in the old property. Otherwise this review would have been all praises only. Though the service staff and front office staff is extremely co operative and prompt. Overall the experience was beautiful.

The property manager is one of the most unfriendly and unhospitable people I've come across in the hospitality sector. Had booked for 5 days with my mom and had made advance payment as was requested. On the date of the stay, we got in an accident in our way, our 4 hour journey became 7 hours long. All this without having any food or refreshment. We requested to allow us inside to atleast take a sigh of relief and then I'd go to the ATM to withdraw cash. The person managing understood and called the manager, but the manager didn't budge one bit!! She didn't care what an ordeal we had had, she wanted me to pay thr entire balance amount before I set foot in the apartment. I even requested to allow my mom (senior citizen) inside, since the lobby at the entrance had no ventilation, but she didn't care. Arrogant, insensitive persons like this should not be in the business of hospitality.

Amazing experience & my now favourite party location in Mumbai. Partied for a 2yr old baby gal and family and friends in tow. 30 people rocked the place the whole night. Beautiful view from the swing on the terrace. Amazing garden and great parking space for two cars and 5 bikes. You must go prepared with food and lights and music. The vibe and atmosphere of the bunglow is amazing !!! Let's some pics do the talking !!!

Hey, The stay was awesome The villa was huge clean and quite spacious. Well maintained. No issues at all. Akash was on spot available all the time and arranged everything for us. Everyone enjoyed and created some good memories at the VillaBest place to chill and relax if you wanna avoid travelling.
