Taj Wellington Mews, Mumbai

From the moment we have arrived Mitlesh and all of his team at the Taj have gone above and beyond to ensure we have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. From the very kind welcome card and photo to the delicious welcome gifts, it has been an incredible experience. The whole staff team are incredibly friendly and always happy to help. The rooms are very comfortable and the food we have tried has been absolutely superb. I couldn't recommend a better place to stay anywhere!

Our stay at Taj Wellington (2 BHK) from 8th January to 19th January 2024 was truly amazing and comfortable. The property is exceptionally well-maintained, designed with the utmost attention to guest comfort.||This visit was especially important as my father, who had recently undergone surgery, stayed here with us. The care and support we received from the staff were beyond commendable. Everyone was courteous, attentive, and highly professional, prioritizing not just our needs but also my father's recovery.||A special mention goes to Mithilesh, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and worry-free. He personally ensured the apartment was thoroughly sanitized before my father was discharged from the hospital, creating a safe and comfortable environment for him. Mithilesh's attention to detail was incredible--he managed even the smallest aspects of our needs, many of which are hard to describe. From arranging a nurse for my father to assisting with countless other requirements, his support was invaluable and deeply appreciated.||We are truly grateful to the team for making a challenging time so much easier for us. Highly recommended!

The staff is extremely attentive and welcoming at the Taj Wellington Mews. The small gifts and cards from Executive Housekeeper Mithlesh left in the room during the day were also a great touch! ||The housekeeping team on my floor was incredibly well organised thanks to Namira, and the cleaning staff responsible for my room (Sujata and Walma) were super thoughtful and had a great eye for detail!|The staff take incredibly good care of you, such as Aatish, who offered suggestions around the area in order to get to know the city more during my stay. ||The one bedroom apartment is very spacious and well equipped for a long stay. The property as a whole is lovely, with the long garden offering a great space to relax.||The wifi can be a bit tricky at times, however, and the connection (especially in the bedroom) rather spotty. ||Overall, it has been a fantastic experience!

It was totally a Wah Taj experience. The special request for B'day decoration was totally upto the mark and truly made the stay special. Thank you to the entire team, especially Sushant who made sure all requests and arrangements for B'day celebration are fulfilled.

When you know how to treat parents of a special child with real care, love, and respect -- that's when you've truly understood what hospitality means.||We came all the way from Singapore for my son's surgery, needing a safe space for him and his twin sister. What we found here was more than comfort -- it felt like home.||Thank you to the team for your warmth, thoughtfulness, and for making us feel so supported when we needed it most.

Our 2nd time here and what makes it special is the staff - every one from the restaurant teams to the front desk , from house keeping to the guards - always smiling and warm and eager to help and make ur life better even if it's for that single moment. We have 2 special needs kids and felt super loved and cared for .. I don't think we will ever live anywhere else when we visit Mumbai. Kudos to the GM to build and train such a team..

Dining was a pleasure, with delicious meals paired with friendly service that made us feel right at home. Surrounded by stunning natural beauty, these serviced apartments are truly a hidden gem.
