T2 Beacon Hotel, Andheri, Mumbai

I had initially booked 2 rooms, however due to a family emergency just 24 hrs before I had to raise a cancellation request for 1 room. The hotel staff was quickly acknowledged the situation and accepted to cancel 1 room. Likewise, the staff was very courteous. Very helpful to our needs. Restaurant food is amazing. Rooms are well maintained, neat and clean. We came for our US Visa appointment and hence the stay was shorter. We got this room at great prices and overall enjoyed our stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at T2 Beacon Hotel for a day, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. She went above and beyond to ensure that every need, big or small, was taken care of promptly and with genuine warmth. Whether it was providing extra towels, helping with room adjustments, or simply checking in to make sure I was comfortable, Fatima's attention to detail and caring attitude made all the difference. It's rare to find someone who handles every request with such professionalism and a kind smile. Thanks to her efforts, my stay felt truly special and stress-free. My stay was for the 01 Night and I found all staff are very supportive. Today morning before check out, I was looking for special support and Ms. Ayesha has helped me and her support was really appreciable. Yesterday when I reported late night at reception then person who was available he helped me and made my check in smooth and also upgraded my room without additional charges. I found hotel good and it has fulfilled my need.

Hotel is good and service is also good. The size of room also is decent. You will love to stay. The only draw back is the location which I feel due to traffic jam which is normal in this road. Else the stay was good.

The front desk staff is so incompetent, rude, unprofessional and will not accept their mistake, especially the lady Nikhat. We stayed here for 2-3 days and they made our experience so terrible. We asked for wifi code, which did not come to us for hours, then their team couldn't solve our issue - so they were constantly forcing us to change the room and the alternate option given by them was not at all comfortable for us, yet they were pushing for it. Plus, they created so much of a scene for room cleaning, having a stupid curfew after 4 pm for room cleaning and then in anger - we refused to get any room cleaning done. So the next day, they sent housekeeping to our room again and again to purposely disturb us. Really very very disappointing service from the front desk staff, they don't care about their guests at all. After all this, they have the audacity to misbehave with us on call and say "come down and talk face to face"

It was a nice stay. Prabhat at the reception was very approachable and helpful compared to others. He was always ready to help and he would not missed a chance to say a hello or wish us to have a good day. However, there was a girl since day one I saw here gossiping behind his colleages back Thats too infront of a client. And she did a mistake on my check out date. Yet she never apologised for her mistake instead she was mean and arrogant. As for the watchmen, they were VERY nice.
