We went here for dinner in May 2025. We were a group of 5. The food was excellent. The buffet spread was nice with plenty of veg and non-veg options. Additionally, they also serve customised dish (e.g. pepper mushrooms which was not in the list) when requested. All the food items are tasty and served right from the kitchen.|The service was also nice. A word of thanks to Pratik and team for serving us well.

AMAAN it was a satisfying experience overall. The variety of dishes was impressive--ranging from appetizers and mains to a good selection of desserts. The food was fresh and flavorful, with particular highlights, e.g., grilled chicken, biryani, or pasta station].||The staff was courteous and kept the buffet well-stocked and clean throughout our visit. The ambiance was comfortable and family-friendly, making it a great spot for gatherings But overall, I had a great time and would recommend this buffet to anyone looking for variety and value.

Global buffe is recommended taste is very good. Specially starter is very good and main course also. Staff behaviour is very polite. I would recommend to visit atleast one time for dinner at global buffe sevenska design hotel. Special thanks to Aaman H.

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. They took a deposit and later forged my signature to falsely claim that the amount has been refunded. When I requested a refund, they refused to return the money and denied any wrongdoing. This behavior is fraudulent and unacceptable. I strongly advise others to be cautious and consider staying elsewhere to avoid being scammed.

Lovely stay. I've been here before for corporate visits but it was pleasant this time for personal visit as well. Salman from their team was really a gentleman and cooperative. The rooms were really spacious and had the perfect light settings.

Want a working key for your room? Don't stay here! Our key card kept getting reset somehow and we'd have to go down to the lobby to get access to our room. At first they told us it was our fault for having two keys. We didn't ask for two keys, they gave us two! Anyways, we moved to only using one key and that still didn't work reliably. Eventually the manager said his key card encoding machine was broken and so each time we left the room we'd need to get them to let us in until the machine is fixed. They eventually got the machine "fixed" and yet our problem persisted. Each time we were locked out they never once asked us for ID to let us back into our room. They just asked us the room number and let us into that room number. We coulda given them any room number and got access! One of our nights in the room we were jolted awake when the lights in our room all magically turned on at 5am. They have a system in the rooms to control all the lights from the bedside table via labelled buttons. The buttons are impossible to read and also don't work half the time (pressing the "bathroom" light button sometimes turned on other random lights in the room). Simple light switches that actually worked and don't randomly turn off and on would be a big improvement. This hotel seems to suffer from trying to put up a fancy facade at the cost of failing to get the basics right. The worst part of this is that they are incapable of customer service. At no point during this did they use the words "sorry". They'd just make up an excuse for why something is going wrong and sometimes blame us for their broken systems. Extremely rude and frustrating. If they just got the basics right, this could be a 4-5 star review but they have no interest in doing that, just appearing like a "European design hotel", whatever that means. On the plus side: the bed was comfy, the room was generally clean, and the room was nice...when it worked.

The food and services are very good. There are lots of varieties in the starter and the main course is also very good. I recommend that you can come with family and friends and enjoy unlimited starter and main course. Special Thanks to Aaman H.

every thing was excellent ,from the receptionist mohamed salman ,was kind , polite welcoming and the girl called safia was same as mohamed as she spoke my local kiswahili language which made our communication well , the restuarent offered the best break fast i had while in india,self service food was very satisfying
