Royal Hometel Suites

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious--definitely deserving of a 4-star rating. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like good lighting and a well-stocked minibar. The location was another strong point, earning a solid 4 stars. It's conveniently situated near major attractions and public transport, making it easy to get around and explore the city. However, the service was a bit of a letdown. While staff were generally polite, response times were slow and it sometimes felt like customer service wasn't a top priority. For that, I'd rate the service 3 stars. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for its quality rooms and prime location, but there's room for improvement when it comes to guest service.

I had an amazing stay here! The service was outstanding -- from reception to dining to housekeeping, everyone was prompt, caring, and attentive. I once pressed the room clean button and got a call within seconds! The hotel is shockingly clean: spotless rooms, fresh linens, immaculate bathrooms, clean gym and lobby. The cozy rooms and great air-conditioning made it even better. Breakfast (both buffet and in-room) was delicious, with a great spread of Indian and local dishes, beautifully presented. Compared to other options in the area, this is a hidden gem -- elegant, cozy, super clean, and fantastic value for money. If you're staying in North Mumbai, I can't recommend this hotel enough -- the people are lovely, the service is exceptional, and it's truly worth every bit. This was my third stay here, and I already look forward to visiting again the next time I'm in the area!

We recently celebrated a joint birthday lunch for my father-in-law and mother-in-law at Flavors Restaurant in Royal Hometel Suites and the experience exceeded all our expectations. |The buffet spread was diverse and delicious offering something for every palate, from mouthwatering starters to rich desserts.||A special shoutout to the staff, Harsha and Sahli who made the afternoon even more memorable with their warm hospitality and attentive service. |They ensured everything ran smoothly and went the extra mile to make my in-laws feel truly special on their day.||The ambiance was elegant yet cozy, perfect for a family celebration. We all left with big smiles and satisfied appetites. Highly recommend Flavors Restaurant for anyone looking to host a memorable celebration with top-notch food and service.

Had a wonderful dining experience at Royal Hometel Suites! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was top-notch. notch. This was our 5th visit to the restaurant, even though we weren't in-house guests that's how much we love it here. The restaurant team was warm and welcoming special thanks to Suryadev, Sahil, Amit and Chef Tamnay for their amazing hospitality. Tried the breakfast buffet at flavours, overall it was a pleasant experience. The variety of options was impressive, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and replenished regularly, which was appreciated. The staff was attentive and friendly, things were offered before being asked for it. The staff was amit, surya adev especially friendly and helpful--they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The location was convenient, and the breakfast buffet was a nice bonus. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

We had a very disappointing experience at Hometel, Mira Road, during an wvent recently. The core issue was their complete disregard for basic comfort and hospitality. Despite repeatedly requesting the staff to turn on the AC in either the lobby, ballroom or cafe well in advance, they were indifferent and uncooperative. In the scorching Mumbai heat, it's unacceptable that a hotel of this scale chooses to delay switching on the AC to cut costs, completely ignoring the discomfort of guests and hosts. Even more shocking - while we waited in the lobby, not a single staff member offered water. This is a basic courtesy and a clear sign of poor hospitality standards. We had to sit there just to avoid being suffocated in the ballroom, which had no ventilation or cooling prior to the event. Overall, zero stars for hospitality. If you're considering this venue for a function or stay, I'd strongly advise against it. Definitely not worth the money, and certainly not the experience you'd expect at this price point.
