While other rooms had minor issues (like slightly small bathrooms or towels that could've been fresher), our overall stay was still delightful. The neighborhood itself is a dream! Surrounded by stunning architectural gems, chic boutiques, and vibrant art hubs, it offers perfect access to Colaba and Marine Drive. From the unforgettable breakfast spreads to the outstanding staff, every detail here crafted an experience we'll cherish. Thank you to the entire team--you've set a new standard for hospitality!

We stayed at Residency Hotel Fort in Mumbai and were warmly welcomed, even though we arrived late at night - they kindly offered us snacks and juice, which was a lovely touch. At check-out, they also gave us bottled water. The breakfast was decent as well. The biggest (and honestly, the only) advantage of this hotel is the amazing staff - everyone from reception to concierge to the dining room staff was incredibly kind and professional. Also, the location is great - very close to major attractions. However, the room itself was very small and quite outdated. It definitely needs renovation and refreshing. The bed linen had stains, so cleanliness in the room could be improved significantly. There was also very little sound insulation - we could clearly hear what was going on outside the room, which made it hard to fully relax. For a one-night stay, it's okay, but I wouldn't choose it again for a longer visit.

I stayed here recently and found the location to be excellent -- within walking distance of many downtown attractions, which made exploring very convenient. The room had a comfortable bed, though it was a bit small. The overall appearance was clean, but the towel quality and cleanliness raised some concerns. One issue that stood out was the narrow corridor, which often had both clean and used linens/towels left along the way, making it feel cluttered and not very hygienic. The staff were welcoming and helpful, but I think more attention to hygiene would improve the experience -- for example, handling cookies inside the cups, or forming the tissues using bare hands didn't feel very sanitary. On the plus side, breakfast had a good variety of options, which was a nice way to start the day

We stayed in their Heritage Room, which was beautifully done and very spacious considering the location and price. They have multiple buildings for different rooms, which weren't a problem. The breakfast was adequate with a variety of options. The best part of the hotel is their staff, especially the reception guys. This is my second time staying at this hotel. It is a small hotel, but serves the purpose.

We had a great stay at the Residency Fort Hotel. It is in a great location for seeing the main sights of Mumbai, and the hotel had everything we needed. All of the staff were very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. In particular Gopal in the lobby went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay as much as possible, it was greatly appreciated.

The hotel is in a good location for all tourist attractions. The buffet breakfast was excellent with European and Indian choices. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. The only downside was lots of doors banging and crashing late at night and early hours in the morning.

Second time staying here, great value for money, the staff are amazing and the atmosphere is wonderful. Gopal was attentive, kind and welcoming, always had a smile on his face. |Rajesh was excellent too, he went out of his way to help us with any questions, recommended places to eat when we asked, made sure we had what we needed in the room and arranged our laundry to be done, same day service.|Afternoon tea and cookies was a lovely touch, perfect to unwind after a busy day and refreshed us for the evening ahead.

The hotel was in a great location, right in the area of Fort. The rooms were clean and well kept. All the staff were extremely nice, in particular the gentleman that helped us during check in and also all the staff at the breakfast buffet, such a happy and friendly crowd! They kept giving us recommendations and explanations of all the local food to try. We are especially grateful to the night staff that helped us with check in. Our flight to Mumbai was extremely delayed so instead of checking in at 5pm we ended up doing so at around 4am, which meant we could not really enjoy the hotel as much as we would have liked. However, the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially at that time of the day. We would have liked to stay another night but unfortunately it was all booked for the next day.
