RELOhomes Serviced Apartment

We stayed here to attend a wedding in Powai.||Ideally located within Hiranandani Gardens Powai with proximity to the markets within the estate. Uber/Ola Taxis and Autos are easily available.||The unit i got was a one bedroom apartment. Well equipped. Cannot say very spacious but very reasonable for a short stay/mid duration stay. Ideal for one person or a couple.||The place has a living room/kitchen/bedroom/one bathromm and another common toilet. Has all the fittings including washing machine and refrigerator. ||I found the price a bit high but may be it was the holiday season and hence priced higher. ||They provide breakfast( more like packed breakfast) which is reasonable.||Definitely recommend to fellow travellors.

We stayed at Relohomes for two nights to attend a wedding in Powai. The apartment was exceptional. The staff were always very helpful. The apartment had all the amenities. The location was perfect for us. Close to shops as well. Good breakfast options too.

I had a very disappointing experience with RELOhomes Service Apartments. Although my reservation was supposedly guaranteed through Booking.com (and I had my credit card on file), they insisted on an immediate 50% advance payment via a method that was never clearly explained. Their communication was confusing and contradictory--first saying they couldn't send a payment link through Booking.com, then suddenly canceling my reservation while I was still waiting for clarity from Booking.com. What made matters worse was how abrupt and unhelpful they were during our conversation. Instead of clarifying the situation or offering a reasonable payment alternative, they simply canceled my reservation, leaving me stranded. The entire process felt rushed, poorly managed, and made me feel like my concerns didn't matter at all. I definitely wouldn't recommend RELOhomes based on this experience.

I have not expected such a bad customer service from them. I along with my friend booked an accommodation 27-28 Dec . As I am a student of IIT and wanted to come to attend a fest Mood indigo in IIT Bombay. So due to the sad demise of our Hon'ble prime minister Dr. Manmohan Singh Ji the the programme got cancelled. I and Make My Trip make repeated attempts for the refund or just issue a credit note and they have refuse. We are a student at least they should understand it. If it will be a 0 rating I would give it to them. Please avoid such places and book other service apartment.

Had a great experience with ReloHomes. Very hospitable staff. All requests are met without any hassles. Japanese and Indian food available.

These are fully furnished tiny apartments but good enough for a couple. Usually people working in and around Powai stay here for work purposes. The rooms and view are top notch at this price. The apartments are very nicely furnished with washing machine, oven, 55" tv , crockery and utensils. Everything is there. The view from the apartments is amazing, you can see the whole Hiranandani garden with beautiful Powai lake. The view comes above everything. On the improvement side, I think they might need to find a better way for serving breakfast. They take your order a night prior and then send the breakfast to your apartment lastest by 9:30 am. I felt breakfast was not fresh. They also need to train the front desk manager. The way they respond makes all the good experiences go away. The front desk manager needs to be trained on how to respond in a hospitality setup. Apart from these minor improvements, everything was as per the expectation. Please go ahead and book this apartment without a doubt

I have for the first time in RELOhomes service apartments. Needless to say worth staying in Powai. The rooms were absolutely clean and tidy. A particular mention to Mr. Prem who was helpful.
