Amazing & homely place to check in. Personalised attention by each staff member of the hotel. Very polite, courteous, trustworthy & disciplined staff. Awesome & delicious mouth watering recipes served & customised & made as per one's taste buds. Personal attention to cleanliness. As a complimentary request I got my room upgraded to suit my requirements without any questions asked or any extra cost. The only veg hotel in Matheran. Due to amazing service I extended my stay by a day. I would never prefer any other hotel than Regal. Worth experiencing their services & food without any hesitation.

It's a nice place to stay during your visit to Matheran. The newly renovated rooms are neat and clean and the place is also well maintained. Staff is cooperating and the food is simple yet very tasty and you get a homely feel while eating as they serve piping hot food in your plate. They have good variety in the menu for all meals. Will definitely like to stay here if we visit next time.

Good property, well maintained. Good food, only biggest issue is of the service. Food in thali restaurant is not served properly. Very understaffed. Almost begging them to bring various items. I stayed 3 days. All were equally bad. If management does not improve this, people will stop coming.
