Ramee Guestline Hotel Juhu

Samsuddin and Ashok in housekeeping at Ramee are very nice and supportive. Their cleaning and hygiene understanding is upto the par.Appreciate their effort The staff is good and supportive. Food is nice and affordable. The staff is very helpful and the hotel is always packed| The best part is we have two clubs inside where you need not go out. Walkable distance to the juhu. I would always want to come back here. Peace is the word

Unfortunately it has to be a low rating for this hotel. On first entering the hotel seemed fine. The room was clean and peaceful and there was a pool, close proximity to the beach. I was really looking forward to a good nights sleep then at about 11.30 the noise was awful with the bass beat making the whole room vibrate. I have never been to a hotel where there is such blatant disregard for the people staying there. I spoke to reception about the noise and was told it's a club hotel !!! Nowhere on the website does it say, please be aware you will have no sleep as we play extremely loud music all night. This should not be called a hotel as it doesn't deliver for international travellers who want a pleasant hotel experience. I have seen other reviews that have said about the noise but this is clearly not seen as important by the management as they have done nothing about it. I wish I had seen the reviews before staying there.

Stayed in this hotel for over 3 weeks in Feb 2025 and 1 Week in March. ||I had stayed at their competitors hotels on previous occasions. But I found this to be more friendly and willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. ||This is a 4* Hotel and yes a few things including service can be improved. ||But overall I found the hotel to be friendly and comfortable. Once the quirks are addressed I will say this is the best value for money hotel in the Juhu area. Special thanks goes to Sailesh and Sunny to ensure a pleasant stay for the duration.

Stayed with Ramee's for my trip to Mumbai. Had a great experience overall especially with the staff, who were extremely warm and cooperative. Special mention to Samsuddin and Nitesh for making sure we had a comfortable stay. |Will definitely book with Ramee's for good food and comfortable stay on my next visit.

The hotel is good and the rooms are clean and comfortable bed the HK service is very fast and Mr Samsuddin has really been very helpful.. had a great experience will visit again. The view from the room is also good and the location is a prime location in Mumbai ||Rupal

Good location.very close to the sea Beach. Rooms are good.comfortable bed.Breakfast spread was nice. |But room service was pathetic.The in room dinning was expensive.The response time of the front office was|not upto the mark at all.|Mixed experience. |Top of that the night club music till 4 am was really disturbing.

My family stayed here recently and enjoyed the great breakfast and comfortable rooms. However, the noise from the club was really disruptive, especially at night when I just wanted to relax or sleep. I hope the hotel management takes steps to reduce the noise so future guests can have a better experience.

A sleepless night at a four star hotel I stayed at Hotel Ramee Guestline, Juhu on March 19, 2025 in room 206. What I hoped would be a relaxing stay turned out to be a series of disappointments. I chose this hotel largely based on its impressive 4-star rating on Google, with over 7,600 reviews, plus its proximity to the airport and Juhu beach. I contacted the hotel directly and received a text on WhatsApp confirming the booking. However, once at the hotel, I was told that I should have received a confirmation voucher. To my relief, a room was available. I requested to see it before checking in. But the front desk personnel, in a very rude fashion declined my request. Tired as I was after a long journey, I decided to ignore this obvious red-flag. The room itself was decent, but had a faint unpleasant smell. But I decided to overlook it, given how long it had taken to get checked in. While reading the faux-leather bound booklet available in the room, I learnt that the hotel had over 80 rooms, two restaurants, three night clubs, gym, spa and a swimming pool, all packed in the six floors. I visited Juhu beach which is about 100 meters from the property. The one hour I spent there was by far the best part of the my stay. I visited the gym later, but it was overcrowded, and it seemed like most of the people using it weren't even guests. I chose not to use the swimming pool after the attendant informed me I needed to bring my own towel from the room. Thanks to the duty manager, Mr Dilshad, a rather unpleasant situation regarding my meal plan was avoided. At the restaurant, I was informed that guests on a meal plan must dine in their rooms. By that point, I had grown accustomed to the indifferent, if not outright rude, behavior of the staff. The food was delicious and was prepared according to my preferences. I had slept for only a few hours when I was woken by loud music accompanied with strong vibrations. It took me a while to realise that it was from the nightclubs operating in the hotel. I could not get back to sleep and spent the rest of the night regretting my decision to stay there. When I rechecked the Google rating and read the reviews, I realised what I had missed earlier - that many guests have complained of loud music. It's baffling that the management continues to ignore guest comfort and prioritize nightclubs. Equally shocking is how this hotel operates with no effort to make guests feel welcome, let alone valued. As I checked out of the hotel, I found a silver lining in this otherwise disappointing experience - the realisation that ratings on Google can be misleading.
