Ramada by Wyndham Powai Hotel & Convention Centre

I recently stayed at Hotel Ramada in Indore for a few nights. While the overall experience was okay, there are a few areas that need significant improvement. The hotel is well-located, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The amenities provided are fairly standard, and the housekeeping staff does a good job maintaining cleanliness. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the front desk staff was polite. However, I found the food and service to be lacking. The quality of the food at the hotel restaurant was below expectations. The variety in the menu is limited, and some of the dishes lacked flavor and freshness. There were also delays in service, which was quite frustrating, especially during breakfast hours when one expects prompt service to start the day. Moreover, the room service was slow, and on a couple of occasions, my orders were either incorrect or missing items. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive, which impacted the overall dining experience. I believe that with improvements in the quality of food and a more efficient and attentive service staff, Hotel Ramada could provide a much better experience for its guests. As it stands, it was an "ok ok" stay, and I hope to see these improvements during my next visit.

The quality and taste of the food were top-notch. It's clear that the hotel takes pride in providing a delightful culinary experience, even for visitors attending classes or events. The variety and deliciousness of the meals served made my day at the hotel even more enjoyable. Convenient Location and Connectivity: The hotel's location is excellent, especially in terms of connectivity. It was conveniently located near the railway station, making it easily accessible for visitors like myself who needed to travel back and forth on the same day. The proximity to the railway station saved me time and ensured a smooth journey, making it a highly convenient choice for those attending events or classes. Friendly and Accommodating Staff: The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my visit. They were attentive to the needs of the visitors and made sure that everything ran smoothly. From the moment I arrived until I left, the staff members were courteous, helpful, and made me feel welcomed. Their professionalism and warm demeanour added to the overall positive experience. Even though I did not stay overnight, my brief visit left a lasting impression. The impressive food, convenient location with excellent connectivity, and the welcoming staff created a favourable impression of the hotel. If you're attending classes or events in the area and looking for a place that offers delicious food, convenience, and friendly service, I would definitely recommend considering this hotel for your needs.

I had a very good experience in this Hotel, located in very good atmosphere with good outlook. Rooms are very flexible according to the no.of persons. Rooms and beds are too clean, it gives nice feeling while staying. And staffs are very humble and answering in a nice manner.

Stayed at this property on a short business trip. This in an absolutely brilliant option for a business traveler( families would also have a great time). A quick and hassle free checkin , first big scoring point for me. The rooms are very well appointed and I always look for a proper work desk and chair and it was perfect. Spotlessly clean bathroom and room. Every light fixture in the room in working condition. Very cozy and had excellent sleep. FOOD , WOW!! it was really mind blowing. The excellence is visible in the small things, food served in the disposable containers , but they gave a very high quality disposables. All in all I would rate this as an EXCELLENT stay. Jayesh, Satej, Yatish ,all were courteous and helpful . 10/10 from me and see you all soon

We had an office party here and its a lovely venue to host such parties. Its spacious, well organized, well maintained. They have valet parking as well. Pool side area and auditorium are the plus points. Their staff was courteous, quick an efficient. With regards to food it was good specially starters. Overall it was a good experience to be there.

It's always easier to get an amazing service post paying for any product or service but Ramada's excellent service started well before I even paid for the room. A special shoutout to Harjit Thakur for setting an excellent example of taking care of prospects before they even become your customers. Harjit was of great help when I was initially enquiring with different hotels for their prices and services over the long weekend. I had called multiple hotels at that time including the big brands and the way Harjit answered all my calls and took care of all the queries was beyond excellence. From the initial call to the check-in to additional facilities in the room, Harjit's efforts made our experience memorable. ||||I would definitely recommend this hotel in terms of its staff's service and helpfulness. A big 5 star to Harjit for her service, she's going to prove a great asset to the company. ||||We had got two rooms. The first room was in excellent condition, however, the second room was decent as well but needed a little work in terms of its interiors as compared to the first one. That was the only little con I would say.||||Overall great experience. Do look out for Harjit whenever you plan to stay at this hotel. She's a star.

Skky - An amazing ambience welcomes you as soon as you exit the elevator, soft music, fresh breeze, dimly lit cozy tables. The tables are aesthetically pleasing and it gives some privacy to simply enjoy your food and company. As for the service, the staff is courteous and helpful, so a thumbs up there. The walls around this place are flora. They have navigating dividers which are full of water and lamps. They also have a big screen in addition to screen sports matches. The thing I found unique about the food and the menu was that the menu was shown in a tablet and beside each dish there was a flag of the nation of origin of that dish. Loved that you can filter the menu based on preference. I have been to this place twice and have tasted majority of the dishes as my first time was during a grand party. Table reservation is a must to allow them to serve you better. The food is simply awesome and what makes it even better is the ambience. Best place to have a romantic dinner. This place is known mainly for its Oriental cuisine, and it did not disappoint. Open air restaurants are a personal favourite and Skky is certainly one of the top one's on my list.
