Radisson Hotel Mumbai Andheri MIDC

We stayed at the hotel for 2 days in April. Highly recommended for cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, exquisite food whether dinner or breakfast buffet and access. Loved the corn fritters, veg and vegan options! We loved our stay there. Very safe also. Well done to whole team.

Though I'm a bit late--by around 18 to 19 days--in sharing this feedback, I believe that truly exceptional service deserves to be acknowledged, no matter the delay. My recent stay at Radisson Hotel Mumbai Andheri MIDC was not just comfortable, but genuinely memorable, and I'm delighted to share my experience in detail.||||Initially, we had planned to stay for just a few nights and had booked the remainder of our visit at The Lalit Mumbai. However, after experiencing the warm hospitality, courteous staff, and high service standards at Radisson, we decided to extend our stay here for the entire duration of our time in the city. It proved to be an excellent decision.||||Right from the entrance, the experience was welcoming. A particular security staff member stationed at the porch stood out with his ever-smiling face, cheerful personality, and friendly demeanor. He was always courteous and left a positive impression, even though I, unfortunately, do not recall his name.||||After a long and early journey from Delhi, we arrived at the hotel quite exhausted. I requested an early check-in and was delighted to be assisted by Sauleha, who accommodated us with warmth and efficiency. Sauleha, if you're reading this--your "Yes, I Can" spirit is a shining example of the Radisson Hotel Group's values. You were consistently polite, cheerful, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Keep up the wonderful work!||||The lobby staff also deserve special appreciation--both the morning and afternoon attendants (bell-boys) were incredibly polite, respectful, and professional. Though I cannot recall their names, their conduct was highly commendable and aligned with true hospitality standards.||||There were also two young women at the reception--one stationed on the right and one on the left--both of whom were exceptionally courteous, soft-spoken, and always ready to help.||||A special mention goes to Mr. Ritesh, who led his team with great attention to detail, compassion, and a strong sense of guest service. He was visibly involved with his team, often seen interacting with guests and assisting staff whenever required. His dedication and hands-on leadership truly stood out.||||The housekeeping staff also performed exceptionally well. The gentleman assigned to our room--possibly on the 6th floor--was proactive and consistent. He took note of our preferences and ensured that everything from towels to water bottles to amenities like shoe shiners were always replenished without us needing to ask. His attention to detail made our stay incredibly comfortable.||||When it comes to the food and beverage team, I must commend Clement, Saurabh, and Valencia for their outstanding service. They were always attentive, friendly, and professional. The food throughout our stay was consistently delicious and well-prepared.||||Being from North India, I wasn't particularly inclined toward South Indian cuisine. However, thanks to Chef Krishna, I was introduced to a few South Indian dishes that completely changed my perception. His recommendations were spot-on, and I genuinely enjoyed every dish he suggested. Chef, thank you for broadening my culinary tastes--you've truly made a lasting impression!||||Lastly, my heartfelt thanks go to Mr. Vasant, whose gentlemanly conduct, professionalism, and attentiveness to guest needs were evident every day. He was consistently present, checking in with guests, resolving concerns proactively, and leading the team by example. Vasant, your leadership shines through in the exceptional team you've nurtured.||||In summary, my experience at Radisson MIDC Mumbai was truly wonderful. The staff, service, and food exceeded expectations, and the atmosphere felt like a second home. As I'm currently working on a venture involving stakeholders in Mumbai, I will certainly be returning--and Radisson MIDC will be my preferred choice every time.

We had a great stay at Radisson. The hotel is very clean and neat. The hospitality of Anandita, Umesh & Likhil was amazing. The food options are great. Overall a 5 star stay. Will do visit again. Breakfast has good Varities and the food is tasty.

Everything about the hotel is great - cleanliness, food, management. But what stands out is the friendly and helpful staff. Sauleha made my check in check out process not just smooth but delightful. Will certainly come again when visiting mumbai.

I love the Radisson and the room and the Service was great, my husband had come on shore leave and we just had 6 hours together and we decided to book a room at the Radisson to have privacy. I had to say that the bed in our room was the worse, did not serve its purpose and would not recommend for the reasons me and my husband booked the room. It moved alot and we kept slipping off. Just over all not a good experience. Please get better mattress. Rest all is great.

Radisson Andheri has a special place in my heart. I have been a frequent traveller to Mumbai because of my partner' s buisness visit. Radisson Andheri is a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The food at restaurant is diverse. The staff at the restaurant take utmost care of your needs. I was happy to meet two superheros at the restaurant Ms.Valencia and Mr. Claimant who r on toes to serve you the best. This time when I travelled it was our Marriage Anniversary the Team made my day with their token of love, commendable work by Mr. Zarar, Mr. Umesh and his team. Remarkable work by other staff too Arpit particularly was very punctual, polite and ready to provide services during odd hours too. Eagerly awaiting for my next visit. Keep up your incredible work!

The hotel was very excellent and staff have been very helpful and polite. I have no issues regarding anything and the hospitality is very good as well.
