Radisson Blu Mumbai International Airport

A great stay with amazing service! This is my 4th stay at this hotel and we stayed even though there were many options nearer where we needed to be. The reason? The staff and the quality of the hotel overall. One of the senior managers, Mr Gaurav looked after us very well and was always checking if we needed anything, as did Mr Dipindra (F&B). I must mention Nitesh from concierge, he remembered me and was always happy to help with anything. Everyone from reception to In-room dining, to housekeeping was great. I would highly recommend staying here and we will be back soon for sure!!!

Truly A GEM! One of the best 5 star hotels near the airport that actually maintain 5 star standards while still being more affordable than others. This is a newer property with several Instagrammable spots like their pool and garden. Reception attends to you immediately and Nilesh in particular is very helpful when it comes to reservations and any adjustments that may be needed. The rooms are well designed and love that the shower has a door and a high divider so water doesn't spill out when taking a shower. Breakfast is a FULL LUXURY experience with endless options catering to multicultural taste palettes and each item is authentically cooked. Dee in the breakfast area is super kind and helpful and honestly goes above to offer any assistance needed. I really appreciated that the breakfast staff allowed me to take breakfast to my room while I was unwell so I could eat at a slower pace. Housekeeping is PHENOMENAL...they tidy and clean your room as meticulously as shown in the book, "The Girl with a Pearl Earring" where it's cleaned while keeping your things as you would want to find them. A small suggestion for improvement would be consistent temperature across different spaces and perhaps a bit more attention to non spicy food requirements by in room dining which was fixed immediately after mentioned. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend to everyone! The staff here really does an incredible job to make the stay as wonderful as possible for each guest. Hands down this is the 5 star experience you don't want to miss!

My Stay at Radisson of 5 nights was exceptional. From the greet at the entrance hall to the bell boy and then at reception , the service was amazing. A special Mention of Nilesh at the main desk, he was so helpful and very customer orientated making sure that our stay was very comfortable. Thank you Nilesh for making our stay as good as it was.The rooms were spotless and the attention to detail was on point. The location for me was good but the preference will be yours. The breakfast was amazing and the spread was more than enough. The breakfast team was sharp and always on the move to service the patrons. I will definitely stay here again. We were upgraded to a large room with a bath and wet room overlooking the gardens on the 6th floor. The bed was big and comfortable. We used the rooftop infinity pool which had views across Mumbai and some comfortable sun beds. Breakfast was extensive, and numerous staff were on hand in the restaurant and throughout the hotel offering help and assistance. There were nice restaurants within walking distance. The airport was a five minute Uber ride away. Everything was clean and well maintained.

It's a five-star hotel, so I'll skip the basics. What truly stood out for me was their buffet breakfast--an absolute favourite. The spread featured a great variety of cuisines, with frequent changes that kept things exciting and fresh. Extra points for a separate gluten free section which included bread, cake and a few other things. Special mention to the staff, Aarti and Sonal--I stayed for 10 days, and every single morning, I made it a point to start my day there. A healthy breakfast, a happy tummy, warm and welcoming people, and a beautiful green space--it all came together to give my day the perfect start. Few feedbacks: 1. The naturally GF items (boiled eggs, sausages) are kept on a wheat chapati to keep it soft - contaminating it with gluten. Can be changed. 2. Can make seeds (chia, pumpkin, sunflower) a regular feature instead of once in a week

The services are very good, with MOST managers do keep up to stop & ask their guests, if everything is good. Especially the young helpers, servers, everyday housekeeping excellent & at reception (Harsh always smiling & ready to help). Breakfast is good as well, with lots of options, ( freshness & taste, is the key if dishes are getting over ) + in sweets mang. should opt to add Indian sweets to the table as well. Location is decent close to airport & metro, rest Uber saves the day. Lastly: Money exchange is also available, but few employees do need guidance in identifying the authenticity of currency note rather than just denying & asking for other currency note. "Make your trip" facility is also available .... Overall, Good decent hotel to stay.

We recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Mumbai International Airport and had a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very accommodating, which made for a pleasant overall stay. However, the breakfast and buffet dinner were both quite average, especially considering the high price. The buffet dinner, costing INR 2500 plus taxes, didn't meet expectations for the price. The major downside of my stay was the noise from construction above us during our first night. We were in room 910, and the noise was constant. Despite calling the front desk multiple times--first at 9:30 PM, then at 10:00 PM, and again around 1:30-2:00 AM--they promised to address the issue, but nothing changed. This disruption severely affected our ability to rest, which is unacceptable when you're paying premium rates for a room. Another major concern is that you see mosquitoes everywhere in room, lobby and dining area. Given that we couldn't sleep comfortably due to the noise, I feel it would be appropriate for the hotel to offer a reimbursement for the first night, especially since they were unable to resolve the issue. It's disappointing, as the hotel has great potential but the lack of response to the issue significantly impacted my stay.

I would say it's not all a 5 star ambience. Everything else was decent though but nothing great . Food was definitely worth. Rooms were average. The carpet smell was heavy when we entered the room. Didn't go away even after room freshener and others. No major complaints but just saying it was not a 5 star experience as in
