I used to stay here regularly and had a good experience in the past. However, recently I've noticed a decline in cleanliness -- the bathrooms are not being cleaned properly, and the bedsheets are not changed regularly. Additionally, there are frequent noises from mice in the ceiling, which can be quite disturbing, especially at night.

Not a great experience. The capsules are really small. I had rats running in my room in the middle of the night. Couldn't sleep once I realized this. They kept making sounds throughout the night. Woke up at 5, and finished my bathroom duties and left the place immediately. Not recommended.

The bed I was allocated didn't have proper air conditioning. Ended up sweating all night. Eventually, I had to ask them to change my bed but they changed it the next night. The new bed I got had proper air conditioning. However, I did sleep for one whole night drenched in my sweat.

We had an unforgettable time aboard this luxury boat. The interior was modern and tastefully decorated, with all the comforts you could ask for. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the deck provided stunning views, especially at sunrise. It felt like our own floating paradise

The accommodations were comfortable, with a clean bed and hygienic bathroom; however, please note that soap and toothpaste are not provided--only bath towels and water. The location is convenient, with the nearest metro station being Saki Naka, providing easy access to Andheri.

A perfect stay for a quick while, and a very budget friendly option giving you the best bang for your buck. The staff is very friendly and cooperative and also first handedly ask if there is anything else they can do for us. for the price everything is perfect and id rate this 4/5 only due to one reason. i stayed in all the three (individual room, private capsule and dorm) the capsule and dorm should have the individual ac monitor settings if possible as everybody likes the temperature at different levels while sleeping, a little more food options wouldve also been better. But what else can you ask for when you get your money's worth at the qube. great maintenance of hygiene and a cozy place to get by.

Disclaimer: This review is written by a European who has previously travelled in Asia. The accomodation is a prime example for "you get, what you pay for". On Agoda, it is stated that the reception is open 24/7. My flight arrived during the night and I was at about 5 am at the entrance - shutter was pulled down. I had to furiously knock to wake the guy inside up, who finally let me in. Next, they tried to scam me mentioning "they couldn't find my booking" and they wanted me to pay again. After solving these very warm welcoming issues (just show them your booking on Agoda or whatever site you used), they showed me my room. There were insects on my pillow. A ventilation slot is right above your head and I guess insects fall out of it... at any given time. The bed was way too short for me as a 190 cm/6"3' guy and there was constant noise coming from somewhere underground. All rooms have exactly the same code (never neard of security/privacy???) and staff will just suddenly enter your room (actually it is more of a chamber) and spray air purifier around. They don't care about your privacy, they have no feeling for it. The shower has no warm water and there are also insects everywhere. Tldr; don't stay there!! Spend some more bucks and get a decent room. The rooms are very small and there are insects everywhere. Staff is unfriendly and tries to scam you. I don't get why there are so many goods reviews. Maybe they are fake. We pay doubled and booked another room. Never again.

It was a great experience to stay here. When you expect privacy then you get it, which is a personal room. The place doesn't stink and AC is always on for that. Sometimes it feels like I am on a train. Toilets were clean as such but more cleaner would have been better. A little maintenance here and there is required but otherwise it was a pleasant stay
