My experience at Quaint Suites Hotel & Banquet in Andheri East, Mumbai was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived, everything about the property reflected elegance, comfort, and warm hospitality. The ambience is calm, stylish, and well-designed - a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Mumbai. The interiors are modern and classy, giving the entire hotel a luxurious feel without being over the top. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated. Every detail - from the plush bedding to the lighting - was thoughtfully done. Room service was quick and courteous, always delivered with professionalism and a smile. What truly stood out for me was the food. Every meal was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or a late-night order, the quality and taste were consistently excellent. The staff deserves a special mention - they were polite, well-trained, and always ready to help. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone made sure my stay was smooth and enjoyable. Overall, Quaint Suites Hotel & Banquet exceeded all my expectations. It's the perfect place if you're looking for comfort, class, and great service in Andheri. The hotel is okayish. Rooms are outdated. Kind of dingy. Rooms and washrooms are spacious but not very well maintained. The hotel looks fancy from outside but actually isn't. They have complimentary breakfast in the morning. In terms of options, there's bread, idli and poha. Idli, sambar, chutney was cold and average. But the poha was quite tasty.

"The bathroom was tiny and had poor water pressure." 4. "The bed was uncomfortable and creaky." Service: 1. "The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, taking ages to respond to requests." 2. "Room service was slow and food was cold and testless." 3. Before booking they told me for the dinner buffet available but it was not available. 4. "The breakfast buffet was limited and of poor quality." 5. "The restaurant staff was inattentive and slow." Value for Money: 1. "Overpriced for the quality of service and amenities." 2. "Hidden fees and charges not disclosed." 3. "Not worth the money, disappointing experience." 4. "Better options available in the area."

We rate it 2 out of 5 .The rooms were too compact .The complementary provided was also not that good. Rooms Service were also slow. Overall, it was an average experience.

I recently stayed at Quaint suites and banquet , , and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. From the moment I checked in, the service left much to be desired. The staff were not only unhelpful but also quite rude,especially the lady at the reception making me feel like I was inconveniencing them by simply asking for basic services. One of the major issues was the lack of toiletries, upon asking they said e dont provide it in executove room . Despite being promised that they would be delivered to my room, they never arrived. After multiple requests to the front desk, I was given dismissive responses, and the issue remained unresolved throughout my stay. Additionally, I had specifically requested that the sheets be changed on the second day, but this was completely ignored. The housekeeping staff didn't even bother to check, and I ended up staying in the same unclean sheets, which was very uncomfortable and unhygienic. Overall, the hotel's failure to provide even the most basic services, combined with the rude behavior of the staff, made my stay highly disappointing. I would not recommend staying at this hotel unless they significantly improve their customer service. Bathroom were Stinky ,

THE ROOM WAS FILLED WITH COCKROACHES, THE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND UNHELPFUL, FOR AN INSTANT I HAD TO WAIT FOR 1 HOUR JUST FOR A TOILET PAPER ROLL. AND FOR EVERYTHING I HAD TO CALL ATLEAST 3-4 TIMES TO THE RECEPTION AND ROOM SERVICE. THE BREAKFAST WAS SO BAD THAT I ONLY ATE FOR THE FIRST DAY AND LEFT IT FOR THE REST OF THE TIME OF MY STAY. THE COCKROACHES WERE SO MANY THAT THEY WERE IN EVERY CORNER OF THE ROOM. AND AFTER REPEATED ATTEMPTS THEY DID NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I PROMISED MYSELF NEXT TIME I TRAVEL I WILL STAY ON STREETS IF THERE ARE NO ROOMS AVAILABLE I WILL SLEEP ON THE STREETS BUT NOT STAY IN THIS PATHETIC HOTEL. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVISE AND DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL, YOU WILL REGRET AND IT WILL LEAVE A SCAR ON YOU FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE.

Last year we stay here with team , it was great experience, staff are very helpful , very delicious food , plan to visit Mumbai again
