OYO 2062 Hotel Royal Regency

The place looks a little outdated from outside but from inside they have very nice rooms. They also have a bar and a restaurant for entertainment. There is a sweet shop just adjacent to the hotel and their vada oav are very good.||||Coming back to hotel, they have affordable rooms in Mumbai and rooms are very good as per the price. I stayed for around a week and it can be stated that the rooms are value for money.

My experience was made very comfortable by one of the oldest serving staff of the hotel Mr. Bhosle ... His dedication towards his duty and care for customer was never seen experience and unmatchable..

Nice place to stay...just adjacent to Malad railway station on the east near daftary road. The rooms are well maintained and staff are also very courteous. There is an attached restaurant and bar also, with room services available. I stayed here for 2 days and felt it's complete value for money.

Right next to the Malad Station (east side ) is the best option when you have to travel in train . There are several restaurants around in west and east side . Hotel offers a router for wifi in each room and the speed was good . But there was some disconnectivity in the night time . The room was compact and neat . This is probably a good hotel for solo men travellers . This is good for family too when looking at the room , but please remember you have to cross the hotel Bar with a vegetarian restaurant to enter the stair case for the rooms . The stair case could have been placed in a better place . But apart from that It is good for family. Though for the room size the price seems to be higher , considering the location and Mumbai city hotels , this is surely a good option to stay .

Bad service, over charged, card payment wasn't available, room wasn't even ready at the time of check in, made us wait for an hour but they want check out before time. They will keep nagging you for check out even before check out time. Dirty rooms, no hot water. Overall "Bad" experience, will not recommend.

located on western suburbs,close to railway station but.difficult to locate without help. good for one day stop for work purpose. did not tried the food. constant honks of trains can be disturbing.plenty of other hotels in vicinity to go for.

The receptionist has no manner!!! Hung up the phone on me twice and said no foreign people. Although I am a NRI not foreigner even foreigner can't speak like that. Proper stupid. Wanted to book for 5ppl 4 nights worth 29000INR.

The hotel is having a good interior. It is located very close to Western Railway. It is very difficult to locate the hotel without anyone's help. Have not tried the hotel food the hotel is having a good room service and a good condition condition rooms.
