Nice Hotel, great room, comfortable bedding along with a nice shower. The food could be improved but it was nice. An incredible experience! Would recommend if you have a flight the next day. It is quiet at night.

Niranta Hotel is convenient because it is located in the airport itself but I would not say it is value for money as there are hotels at half the cost just a cab ride away. |The hotel is in an obscure corner on Level 4 and you have to go to Gate 3 and call the reception who then send someone to escort you. |Rooms are spacious and comfortable and staff is very helpful. |Maybe the hotel can introduce 6 hourly slab rates for customers who need to use it for a short stay.

I stayed here for a night. Nice little hotel and it is very convenient. Just 1 floor below the arrival hall. Breakfast was yummy. My first Indian cuisine since arrival. It was very flavourful. Mostly vegetarian though. Rooms are very close to each other. You can hear door opening/closing. That is why they give you ear buds. One very important note if no one tells you this. Do not exit the airport premise without a gate pass. It is almost impossible to get back inside unless you have a flight booked. I learned that the hard way The hotel staffs are very helpful and patient.

We reached the hotel around midnight, and despite the late hour, they served us an amazing dinner -- the chef truly did a fabulous job. The next morning, we enjoyed a great breakfast as well. When it was time to leave for our flight at 1:30 PM, we needed lunch around 12 noon -- technically not their lunch time -- but Mr. Shankar from the restaurant team went out of his way to ensure we had a delicious meal.|The food and hospitality here are outstanding. If you're looking for a transit hotel near Mumbai Airport, this is definitely the best choice!

Pretty convenient hotel if you've got connecting flights with a long layover and need a place to rest and freshen up. There are rooms located inside the airport in T2 as well as rooms located right beside T2 Arrivals just across from the Taxi bay (hardly a 2 minute walk back into the terminal). I found my stay quite pleasant with the rooms being quite clean and had all the basic things one would require for a short stay. The price of the room also includes a complimentary buffet breakfast - which is certainly a nice to have. The staff were also extremely friendly and very attentive to my needs. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, especially Teena & Shawez who extended my checkout to save me the pain of having to whittle away an extra few hours at T2 before my flight. I was also quite impressed with all the staff that were in charge of the dining area especially Shubham - like I said, extremely attentive, quick, and professional. All in all, would recommend if you're looking for something good and convenient.

Terrible experience at Niranta, Mumbai Airport. I accompanied my husband who had a flight the next day and while he had a valid ticket, I did not. Nowhere was it mentioned that all guests must have a flight ticket to check in. We were denied entry without any support, and the staff member Abhijeet was unprofessional and rude. With so many better hotels around the airport offering respectful service and clear policies, I strongly advise against considering this one
