Enjoyed our stay at Keys Select, Nestor Mumbai. The food was good and staff in the restaurant were always ready to serve, The hotel reception staff, cleaning staff and especially the doorman were very friendly, always cheerful and very helpful. Rooms were cleaned well. Good location to walk to the nearby markets, shops. Our only issue was the beds were hard but overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel
I had an amazing experience staying at Nestor Hotel. The staff is incredibly cordial and helpful, making my stay truly comfortable. The food is fantastic! Since I follow a vegetarian diet without onion and garlic, they went the extra mile to prepare a separate meal for me, which I truly appreciate. The rooms are clean, and the room service is prompt. This was my fourth stay at the hotel, and each time, the experience has been wonderful. A special mention to Mr. Rajesh, the manager, who has always been extremely supportive--whether it was with room bookings or assistance with billing, he was prompt and efficient. Another great advantage of the hotel is the swimming classes conducted in their in-house swimming pool. The instructor, Rakesh, is excellent and teaches very well. Overall, I highly recommend Nestor Hotel for its hospitality, service, and amenities!
I recently had the misfortune of staying at the Nestor Hotel, and I must say that it was a thoroughly underwhelming experience. While the location was somewhat convenient, everything else about the hotel was a letdown. All the photos put on websites and Google is photo shopped. The front desk staff was downright rude and unfriendly, which set the tone for the rest of my stay. The rooms were old and poorly maintained, reminiscent of a low-budget Oyo hotel (2-star at best). The prices, however, were exorbitant, making it feel like a total rip-off. But the problems didn't stop there. When I arrived with my self-drive rented car, which had a yellow number plate, I was not allowed to park it on the premises. This was a major inconvenience, and the hotel staff seemed completely unapologetic about it. The rooms themselves were tiny, with small twin beds that were extremely uncomfortable. The washrooms were dirty and poorly maintained, which was a major turn-off. The room doors were old and creaky, with shabby paint jobs that made them look like they hadn't been touched up in years. To make matters worse, the door bells were broken, so we had to knock loudly to get anyone's attention. The breakfast options were limited and unappetizing, with a sparse spread that lacked variety and freshness. It was clear that the hotel was not prioritizing the quality of their food and beverage offerings. Overall, the hotel seemed to be lacking in basic amenities and cleanliness. The decor was dated and worn out, with peeling paint and faded furnishings that made the place look like it was stuck in a time warp. Given the high prices and subpar facilities, I would not recommend the Nestor Hotel to anyone. There are far better options available in the same price range, and I would advise travelers to steer clear of this hotel altogether.
Terrible Stay - Highly Unsanitary Conditions! I received accommodation at this hotel through IndiGo Airlines, and it was the worst stay I've ever experienced. The bathroom was in an absolutely filthy condition, with a strong, unbearable odor. Shockingly, I even found someone's inner T-shirt left behind! The bed was no better--there were visible vomit stains that hadn't been cleaned, making it clear that proper hygiene is not a priority at this hotel. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and maintenance made my stay extremely uncomfortable. I strongly advise against staying here. Avoid this hotel at all costs!
Rooms are not at all of the lemon keys standard and this should be taken into consideration before booking on third party websites like Agoda or booking.com The washrooms are extremely unclean and unusable state. The staff is courteous but that's the maximum that they can do.
As few others comments have also mentioned, rooms are not of lemon trees standard. Also we received very poor experience related to communication. It did jot show professionalism at all hospitality industries should have.
Found this hotel on bag2bag website. Could book a room for 12 hours which made it perfect for me since I needed to catch an evening flight from the airport which was nearby. Had hesitation after reading some reviews online but overall my experience was positive. Service was good and the food ordered in room service was nice. Would stay here again if I had a flight to catch.
