National Residency Hotel

Excellent stay! It was my first time visit there and honestly it was good. Property is close marol metro station and guy on the reception was also very helpful and cooperative. If your looking for a good stay option in budget then you should give it shot.

CheckIn process longer and Rudy guy. The rooms are not clean, inside the room lots of mosquitoes are there and pillow covers are broken and dirty but the location is near the city Non cooperative staff. Don't care about guests only hungry about money. Receptionist sabir khan took a bribe for early check in in his personal account. Was asking for 500 rupees for just an hour early checkin while i wanted to stay in hotel just for 5 hrs and was also cursing and blaming oyo that they don't pay them well. No good service and unclean rooms. Recommend never to go.

The Worst ever Hotel Staff experienced in my Life. The Worst Behavior and of hotel Receptionist Mr. SUNIL. He is Quite Rude and also he Demanded for Extra Cash even after Booking at Right Amount. Kindly look after the Unethical Behavior of Mr. SUNIL.

Worst hotel. Cant stay at night due to foul smell Full of mosquitoes and cockroaches. No proper ventilation. Waste of money BEWARE!! Dont book this hotel

Worst Services, they removed customers bag and stuff without any consent and allow somebody else to stay in absence of existing customer...which is ethically wrong.. Also they allow room to people (Couples) who comes there to spent 2-3 hrs... In short hotel is only for cheap people, not for family.....

As a solo budget traveler, I wanted a budget hotel, I was of course ready to compromise on the service as I had a tight budget. But I did not expect such a low quality place. I had to put up here as I had no other option. The rooms were not that clean and the service was not up to the acceptable quality. The people were not polite and in a service industry, that is not acceptable

A nice place stay and relax... Very cost effective and cheaper compared to nearby other hotels. Its road connectivity is great to start the day for getting cab, auto or bus.
