Mumbai Metro The Executive Hotel

"I recently hosted an event at the hotel, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, and the staff was very helpful. Shivam and Sumit ji did an excellent job handling the event and ensuring everything ran smoothly. However, I would have rated my experience a 5, but the decor team, Keval and Shalini, were not very cooperative. I had to arrange the creative elements on my own, as they either lacked experience or did not give the task the attention it deserved. I would suggest that Mumbai Metro consider hiring a more experienced decor team in the future. Thank you!"

As it is located on the main road there is lot of traffic noise coming in the room, the room windows are not shutting it off. The room was decent but there was no toilet paper provided even after asking twice. The wash basin in my room was broken as well. Breakfast was complimentary but it was not informed that there was a buffet. The staff were sweet though.

It is generally an okay place, the staff are friendly and helpful at any time of the day or night. It is easy to get around while staying there.Check out and check in were easy. I just had an issue with the breakfast but that's proly because I'm not from around India so I'm not used to most of their dishes.

I had booked my stay for business travel at the Mumbai Metro the executive hotel at the Sakinaka Junction. The hotel is very conveniently located and you can commute to the nearby Office areas as the overall availability of Cabs is great In terms of the hotel, the amenities would need improvement. The rooms are not that well maintained and show signs of cracks in the walls and washrooms. There were towels missing basic quality checks. The overall services especially in the evening hours were very slow and had to repeatedly call the reception to get basic stuff like water and towels. The morning breakfast is good. The service is good and they had a limited but good spread using fresh fruits and made-to-order omelette and dosas etc. So overall if you are planning for economical business trips for solo travellers. This is fine, but don't expect a comfort and luxury of a leisurely travel.

Getting on to the terrace will be a problem for elders reason lift does not go till terrace. Lift is very small, hardly 3 people can stand. Help your self with stairs incase you dont want to wait in line for lift. No ample of space for parking. Food was average, didnt expect with the hotel like this. Since it was a fuction, the abienace paid off with all the flaws and had a very good evening.

The hotel is one of the best in terms of location, food, ambience. The team is also great. Anwar from the reception, the service team and Mr Suraj Singh has been very helpful. Been staying here since the last 4 years

My girlfriend and I decided to stay in this hotel due to its proximity with international airport as we had early morning flight next day and the price was okay. However, overall, it was a very bad experience that we had with the stay. We checked in in the evening and went out to the beach so did not inspect the room properly. At midnight and early morning when using toilet we were totally disappointed. The design of flush is pathetic, such that the toilet seat and collar cannot be erected without holding it using hand. Socondly the toilet was choking and flush was filling the whole toilet. We only realised this before checking out in the morning as we did not use toilet first day as we were out of hotel all the time. We only got a chance to use the toilet at 4 am as we had to get ready to checkout at 5 am next day. And yes, one of the reasons we tried to stay out of the room first evening was because there was an anniversary party going on in the top floor of hotel and sound of the music was very loud. It was mentioned that party would continue till 11:30 pm.
