Meluha The Fern - An Ecotel Hotel, Powai, Mumbai

We visited the Tiara restaurant as a family to celebrate my mother's birthday. We were attended by Vaishnavi, Yash and Amit - all of who were extremely friendly and a pleasure to interact with. The service was impeccable and the overall atmosphere was top notch. Also the food was good. A few suggestions to make the food even better though - the burger bun was soggier than it should ideally be. Also the paneer used was not as soft as it could have been. These are just 2 very basic suggestions to make the overall experience even better. Nevertheless I highly recommend this place to everybody. Also Vaishnavi was sweet to get my mother a chocolate pastry to celebrate her birthday. Very thoughtful and kind of her.

Good location and well maintained hotel talking, as per the brand standards. However somethings can still be improved when it comes to night room service. Like the tea received in the room that was delivered by the F&B Salver was spilled over the saucer with sugar bags floating and dripped. The amenities in the room were well kept, the breakfast spread was good and well refilled and handled. The overall feel was good and hopefully coming back soon.

An unforgettable stay! The spa was exceptional, rooms were spotless and spacious, amenities top-notch, and the staff's hospitality was outstanding. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. Delicious dining options, great location, and a serene ambiance. Highly recommend!

I loved every experience at the "Fern". From my doorman who took my luggage to the 6th floor and explain every detail of the room electronics, room service, frt desk and housekeeping. I love my housekeeper " Nedaji" he was exceptional and VERY ATTENTIVE. He made my home away from home a great experience. Every staff member from the kitchen to the frt desk where wonderful, kind and attentive. Thank you for making my stay very comfortable. Hope to be back again! Keep up the excellent work

What a place to stay and relax. Staff is amazing, jolly! They serve you with smile. Food is great with option that will satisfy your taste buds and health as well.|Rooms are well maintained. Overall property is clean and tidy. |I have stayed with my family here > 7-8 times and it never disappointed me.|

Stay was well taken care. Staff was very helpful and supportive, room was spacious and full of fresh light. One thing I would like to change is the water kettle in the room, those are rusted the the water outlet point. That is one thing I would like to see changed.

I have stayed in Meluha for business purpose, we had complimentary breakfast. I want to sincerely thank our waiter, Sohel, for the exceptional service during our visit to Meluha. As someone who is naturally introverted, dining out can sometimes feel a bit uncomfortable--but Sohel made me feel completely at ease. He was respectful, attentive to what we needed, and created a calm, welcoming atmosphere without ever making things feel overwhelming. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out and made our experience at Meluha even more enjoyable. Thank you, Sohel!

Great 2 night stay. Staff all very attentive and respectful. Nothing too much trouble. Nigel on reception is great and Satish at the front desk sorts taxis, trips etc. and also great. Man at pool really looks after you with chairs and opening doors for you. Don't know his name. Overall a really good experience here, especially the service.
