We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and hope to come back again. Their staff is good and the services are also good.

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I had specifically requested a romantic room setup for my first meeting with my partner, but instead, I was given a room with a broken AC and filled with smoke, which ruined the mood. Additionally, I had an early morning checkout due to my train schedule. I requested an hour's extension, which the staff initially agreed to, but later they insisted that I vacate the room at exactly 11 AM unless I paid extra charges. Despite their prior agreement, they still charged me. On top of that, they even charged for basic amenities like water bottles, which felt unreasonable. Overall, the hotel was disappointing in every aspect--rooms, service, and location. I would not recommend staying here."

I stayed at this hotel with my family, and it was a very disappointing experience. The lights in our room were not working, and despite there being another available room, the hotel staff was unwilling to provide it. Although breakfast was included in our package, the next morning they informed us that the kitchen was unavailable, and they would only be bringing local street food, which was limited to bread and butter or bread and jam. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone; it was a waste of money.

Poor arrangement, rooms were completely different than the expected images, bucket in bathroom was broken, the room which was allocated to us was stinking so bad there was no hygiene at all and on the top of it there was no water in our bathrooms in the night till next morning, highly disappointed. DO NOT CONSIDER BOOKING THIS HOTEL.
