She ensured my daughter had everything she needed to prepare for her exam the next day, and the thoughtful good-luck note was such a lovely touch.||The personal care and warmth we received--especially from the Front Desk team--was beyond what we expected. Every interaction was filled with genuine kindness and well wishes for my daughter, which meant a lot to us.||The food was absolutely delightful, with so many choices that we were truly spoiled.||All in all, I felt like royalty, surrounded by such a wonderful team. Staying at the chalet was an unforgettable experience! It was our wedding night, and the team went above and beyond to make it special with beautiful decorations, a complimentary cake, and champagne. Their hospitality didn't stop there--they even arranged an additional dinner for us when we arrived late and were hungry. We had the most amazing long stay holiday at the chalet apartments . |The apartments itself was luxurious, with all the amenities of a 5 star Marriott standard . |All the staff were warm ,welcoming and always helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them . |Thanks to Dipti and rest of staff at the reception who were always to hand and very helpful indeed . |Security staff were always pleasant and helpful. |The breakfast and dinner at Crimson were exceptional and service was impeccable by all the staff. |The daily house keeping staff ,Durgesh and Poonam made sure rooms were clean and water bottles and toiletries stocked up daily. |The property is well maintained inside and outside with beautiful views of a exotic resort feel .|We celebrated our 55th wedding anniversary , and the staff surprised us with a cake and decorations which made our trip even more special .|Every Saturday we had a free high tea and outdoor cinema experience which was thoroughly enjoyable.|I highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a quiet ,luxurious peaceful stay in Mumbai next to the Westin Powai Hotel .|We were allowed to use the facilities at the Hotel.|Special Thanks to Behzad who made it possible for us to extend our stay.|We look forward to coming back very soon.

We recently celebrated my birthday with lakeside chalet, and it was an unforgettable experience! First and foremost, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind, ensuring our stay was seamless. Special shoutout to Dipti, who was sweet and thoughtful throughout--thank you for making our visit extra special! The food was absolutely delicious, and the complementary snacks were a delightful touch. The views from our room were stunning, adding to the charm of our stay. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and we left with happy memories. We're already looking forward to visiting again--hopefully for a longer stay next time!

The apartments are well maintained and the service was good. Location wise also it is well connected. My only issue was with the room having a connected door, this makes it difficult to sleep in if you have noisy neighbors (which I had for the 1st 2 days with the wedding guests). Try to avoid these rooms, rest should be good. Breakfast buffet at Crimson and dinner at Lake view were both good.

The property is not well maintained as there is dirty water in bathrooms, so for shower, toilet and wash basin the water was literally of brown colour with stones in it. The curtains in the washroom had so many stains Genuinely the hotel needs upgrade
