Room AC was not working in the hot summer, very arrogant n supportive reception staff. A lot of unnecessary policies are made for extra income. Doesn't understand the practicality of the guest. This was our last stay. They are charging very much, there are reasonable n good hotels nearby. Kindly think before booking....

We went for breakfast only ,we were meeting some family who had a short stop over,the staff was very courteous at the reception and restaurant.The breakfast buffet was nice and reasonably priced

Hotel is located at heart of the city with easy approachability but not maintained as per basic requirements. Par good cost, rooms are not good, one can see lot of seepage, fungus which may result in ichting and allergies, specially to kids.||When you ask for room upgrade, everytime front desk officer denies stating hotel is full without checking availability.||Management should look at the concern.

Rooms are very spacious and a very neat and clean hotel ... Staff and services are also very decent.... Location is excellent...centre point for most of the commercial or business travellers...

Hotel is at good location, rooms are vary spacious, distance from airport is 20-30min depending on traffic. Chakala metro station is at 2min walk. My favourite part of the hotel is the pool area. My company booked the hotel and I really liked the location. Staff if also vary humble and professional checking process is smooth however it takes a little longer for check out, still staff are vary professional and experienced. I would like to thank Abhijeet from restaurant team it's good to see staff doing service from heart. Keep up the good work.
