The stay was fine. Rooms are bit small but clean. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because they do some kind of hacking and upload reviews on your behalf to increase their ratings and to have good reviews for people to fall for it. I had booked a room for 3 nights through booking.com and when I received email for review, it showed I have added review already stating I had nice stay, location was good and staff was very nice. I never added this review and I was not able to delete it or add again. This is just stupid that these people do such tactics to fool people with the high rating and only good reviews which are not genuine.

We booked because in booking was ranked above 9 and the reason for that is because they hack your account to give a 10. I was so surprised when I received an email that I left a review in booking when I never did. After I changed the review in booking, they said to the platform that I never stayed there... I don't trust them anymore and I have to warn everyone to be careful if they are going to stay there. If they hack your account to leave a good reviews what can they do with other more sensitive information like bank cards....

The hotel rooms are newly renovated so the interior design and quality are in pristine condition. Rooms are clean, and the housekeeping staff adheres to high cleaning standards. The staffs are generally friendly and service-oriented too, and will help you with what you need. They even intuitively know my needs without me saying (eg getting water and when to do room cleaning). The manager of hotel Jabir, clearly leads the team well. He even went the extra mile to ensure my refund was given by Agoda. I stayed for two weeks and it was a lovely stay, would definitely come back and I highly recommend it to others. One thing to note though, is that on some nights the nearby factories can be making loud welding noises even at 2-3am. Apparently it is illegal so I doubt this will be a common occurrence in the future, plus there are quieter rooms available so just request for that.

Price: We've booked deluxe room which was around 1818 per night, for the price point it was a ok deal for me. Cleanliness: Rooms are not too spacious but it was clean and washroom was pretty neat too. (Except i saw some coakroch here and there near our bed which i think might be a problem for the people who are allergic to these insects ). Staff: The staff here was quite friendly towards us, they let me borrow their charger and helped me to charge my phone because i forgot my charger at home Food: The food here is okay okay, a little bit expensive, i might say. And please make sure to repeat your order to the guy on the phone cause they won't cancel the order even if they place wrong order by hearing you wrong. Pros :The mumbai city vehicle's noise won't bother you cause the hotel is little bit away from the main Road(if you get no window room) which is very good thing i find in this hotel compared to other hotels. *Totally recommend for people who are Tired and wanna get a good Rest after long journeys. Tip: make sure to get your room on the second floor

I spent 2 nights here at end of May and it is just an okay Hotel. You can pass a night here nothing more than that. Pros: Nothing just staff behaviour were okay. Cons: 1) Rooms are way more compact. You will start having suffocation once you are doing nothing. 2) Cleanliness is a big problem here, the bathroom was smelling. Bed sheet and Pillow covers were dirty and ever teared. 3) Sounds of reception will come to your room if you were assigned to Ground floor. And they were so unprofessional that songs played at reception even at mid night. 4) The hotel itself situated at a place where there is lots of noise and uncleanliness.

It is a reliable hotel that provides excellent service. Decent price, nice room and Clean bathroom, it close to metro and airport, its benefit all kind of travellers to transit like business or Tourist, I saw most of Kingsbury Suites guests are foreigners thats why there are strictly Verifying ID proof and assuring safe stay. and ease of check in process. I dont know how the ratings are so high for this hotel. Rooms are very very small...no place to even walk straight after the bed... rooms and bathroom were clean though... most negative part....the location of the hotel.... its just aweful.... its inside an industrial complex ... all trucks and autos were park outside at the main road.... might be a choice for travelling single...with budgeted rooms.... but a BIG NO for family.... also the charge is very high according to the facility.... i booked for 3 nights seeing reviews on net.... checked out after just 1 night...

Room was so clean and neat. But, staff is not good and while booking they said one time breakfast free but they are not provided. I asked to stay extra 2 hours because my flight is delayed but hotel management denied my decision and they asking the price for 2 hrs 500 INR. I was booked one day for 1100 and 2 hrs they asked 500 it is totally waste. I dont reccomend this hotel to stay.
