What a pathetic hotel. Wed booked this hotel long back from banglore, and reached the location. First thing- there is no proper direction to reach this hotel. Second thing, we were not able to find it. Causally asked someone there and they said that the hotel is not there. We tried contacting them and they are telling we're so sorry, we're undergoing construction. What a shitty service. Imagine going to the city for the first time and you experience this. Due to this experience, I hated Mumbai

The hotel is non operational, still they took our booking on Agoda and when we reached the site, asked us to move to another hotel. Agoda wasn't also offering any instant support and we had to run around the city to check the other stay, which was very sub standard, sleazy and refused any entry in our name as well. Avoid this hotel at all cost.
