Kalpataru Hometel

Stayed for a week, here is my review - Pros: Rooms are clean, airy and hygienic. Good locality. AC worked well, WiFi is decent. Breakfast provided on some days. Cons: Everything here is charged, so ask twice before using any of there services. The owner needs to calm down, sometimes he talks (or rather screams) loudly in common area which can be disturbing. Cost is a bit on higher side.

Don't get fool by seeing the pictures, these pictures are shared by hotel to trap us...you can read its review on google, MMT, Goibibo and so on... They charged 2000 rupees for few hours as we came to Mumbai at 10pm and had to book it as next day I had my mains exams... in the app they showed a decent and good room and when we checked in first they offered us that same room and after 5 mins they came and told us sorry sir it's a booked room, your room is another one and than they gave us their staff room...which was a small room without bathroom, when we asked for washroom they said to use a common bathroom.....Disgusting we paid 2k for a common washroom...I wish i could slap him on his face but I was so helpless as I need to rest for the night so that I can write my exam next day.

The breakfast is very bad. They will only give one serve and no more. The room condition is also not good.
