A Magical Birthday Stay! I had the most memorable birthday celebration at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu, and I can't thank the team enough for making it so special. We stayed there for just one night as part of a short vacation, but the experience was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, the hospitality was top-notch. The room was beautifully decorated for my birthday--with a lovely setup and even a wine bottle that added such a thoughtful touch. The decor was elegant and welcoming, creating the perfect ambiance for celebration. The stay itself was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail by the staff made us feel so cared for. And the food--oh wow!--was truly the cherry on the cake. Every bite was delicious, and the variety and quality left us impressed and satisfied. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for all the amazing amenities, surprises, and the genuine warmth you showed throughout our stay. You turned a simple birthday into a cherished memory. An iconic hotel that lives up to expectations. Sohael at the front desk is so focused on customer delight that it was a treat having him check us in. And if you love live music, how about some flute to go with your eggs and waffles? I've never seen a flutist serving the breakfast crowd, so that earns plenty of brownie points from this music lover. The room was okay.... smallish but had everything needed to be comfortable. We ordered masala khichdi after checking in at midnight, and it was perfect. Shall definitely consider staying here when in Mumbai next.

What a fantastic hotel. All the staff are so friendly and attentive. Hotel is so clean. Food is amazing. Big thank you Nandu who keep my room so clean and his talent with different towel animals really made me smile. Amazing . Would highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay at JW Marriott Juhu - it exceeded all our expectations and the staff truly made it special. From the moment we arrived, the service and hospitality were exceptional.||A special mention must go to Rajesh, who made the entire experience seamless - even before we arrived. He supported us with the booking process, answered all our questions with patience, and ensured everything was arranged perfectly in advance. Upon arrival, he gave us a warm welcome and a detailed tour of the property. He even made sure our room was ready early so we could freshen up after a long flight - something we really appreciated. It was also a birthday trip, and Rajesh kindly arranged for a beautifully decorated room to make the occasion feel extra special. He also assisted with restaurant bookings outside the hotel, which made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable.||Another special mention to Gati and Janvi, who we met at check-in. They were incredibly polite and made us feel instantly welcome. Gati always had a smile on her face and took the time to explain all the benefits I was entitled to as a Marriott Elite member. The in-room check-in was smooth and efficient, and throughout our stay, both Gati and Janvi were genuinely helpful, accommodating, and made every interaction feel warm. Nothing was ever too much to ask. One of the days, we had planned to visit South Mumbai, and Gati recommended we visit Dome Bar in the evening for stunning views of Marine Drive - a fantastic suggestion that we really enjoyed.||The breakfast at Lotus Cafe was also a highlight - the team there were incredibly friendly and attentive. The buffet offered an amazing variety of options, and no request was ever too much for the staff. It was the perfect way to start each day.||We also visited the Quan Spa, which was another standout experience. The massage was excellent - the staff were professional, friendly, and made sure we were comfortable throughout. The spa itself has a calm, luxurious feel and was a perfect way to unwind during our stay.||We loved spending time by the pool - both the main and saltwater pools were perfect for relaxing. The poolside team were fantastic, frequently bringing around cold towels, water, and fresh fruit sticks - such a thoughtful touch, especially in the Mumbai heat.||Even the small touches didn't go unnoticed - like the friendly staff member at the beach gate, who always greeted us with a smile.||JW Marriott Juhu is a truly iconic hotel with a rich heritage, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional team and service. We felt incredibly looked after throughout our stay, and we'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Stayed for 3 nights and the staff and service was just amazing, Chinmay Somwanshi from reception whent above and beyond to ensure out stay was comfortable. I was with a group of 8 people and were lucky to get an early check-in and beautiful rooms thanks to Chinmay.||Chef Siddhesh Parkar tended to our culinary requests and super grateful for the amazing food.||Thank you to the entire staff - we had an amazing visit.

An absolutely stunning Hotel. I can't find anything bad about this hotel. Reception The reception as you enter the hotel is grand and the staff at the reception are simply amazing. They are all very sweet and cooperative. Service The room service is EXCEPTIONAL. Room cleaning is beyond imagination. And Kunal made such cute things with towel in our room. Was loved by our daughter. Rooms The rooms are all made in a manner that all of them have a partial sea view. The rooms are lavish and have everything & anything you can ask for. Extremely comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, and lavish rooms. Elevators There are four elevators with hardly any waiting time. Restaurants The food is amazing and so are the drinks. Mezzo Mezzo is simply amazing. Saffron has Indian cuisine and very nice. Lotus cafe is the central one and has exception buffet. Facilities It has three pools...one for kids, one for adults and kids over 12 & one salt water pool. They have a kid's play room. They have access to Juhu beach. They have a reading space called the Cove. They have a coffee shop with a book store from Granth. You can feed fish. Kids love it. Service The service is amazing. All their staff is very courteous. Celebrity Spotting I saw Shekhar Kapur, Anu Malik, Zeenat Aman & Katrina Kaif. It shows how famous this hotel is.

This place is calm and bustling with goodness, a lot of rush and demand. Enjoyed the stay here and loved my time in the Marriott. Especially enjoyed going to Juhu beach and having fun and returning to a place of calm and peace
