Celebrated son's 21st birthday. Warm and caring hospitality. Luxury stays in grand & clean room. Delicious & healthy 'Jain-Vegan' meals served. Staff were courteous. I thank (1) The captain of ITCGC Mr. Kunal Pahwa and Vice-captain Ms. Shivani Gupta for 'personally' ensuring a great stay (2) F/O - Ms. Champa Singh for making our staycation very comfortable and enjoyable (upgrade, early/late check-in/out) and Shagufta as a GRE (3) Meals - Mr. Mofiz, Mr. Hemant, Ms. Kritika, Mr. Prabhat, Mr. Himga, Ms. Elizabeth, Ms. Elle, Chef Anshul for delicious high-tea/snacks, Chef Mr. Prakash for the healthy, super & well executed breakfast (4) H/K - Mr. Amit, Mr. Shyam, Mr. Kamlesh, Mr. Brahma. ITCGC has glass water bottles in rooms to save plastic which is appreciable; 'Point of View' exclusive Lounge is a quiet place to chill/relax and spent quality time with family; Kitchen processes are carefully followed for Vegetarian and Jain/Sattvic diet. The team definitely made the celebrations memorable by gifting us cake, bakery items and room decor. A place to always re-visit, to celebrate/unwind!

What a wonderful place Dakshin is. Every dish is delicious and unique. I would highly recommend Dakshin to each and everyone. It is perfect for special occasions or to charm any guest visiting you. Amol and Raj are superb and the entire team deserves all the accolades possible under Mr Hrishikesh. Highly recommend : Prawns, Fish appetisers and chicken and lamb main course. Special mention to the pineapple curry flavour bomb.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Dakshin The thali was cooked to perfection - the spices were wonderfully balanced and the meat was incredibly tender. Our server, akshay was incredibly helpful and made great recommendations, even suggesting a dessert that we hadn't initially considered but absolutely loved. The ambiance was also lovely, with soft lighting and a relaxed atmosphere. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and we highly recommend |Lobby was amazing special mention shravani

Fantastic Stay. It was a short but pleasant stay. Had booked a stay to celebrate a special occasion. Duty Manager Abhishek Gupta was fantastic in answering all my pre arrival queries and providing some privileges to make the day even more special. The team at Point of View were exceptional. They actually went above and beyond and deserves to be recognized for amazing hospitality they provide at level 30. Since the hotel was busy they had special breakfast setup at Kababs and Curry restaurant with same spread and again the entire staff at the restaurant were amazing and fulfilled all our requests. ( I do not recollect everyone's name but every team member I interacted with in these two outlets deserve a big applause for their amazing service) Angelina from Guest Relations together with house keeping team just did a wow job by decorating the room and giving a surprise for the occasion and a personal greeting by Shivani Gupta who also ensured we have good time at Point of View. The bellboy who escorted us to the room was full of positive vibes and provided valuable hotel details aswell the concierge team who was quick in Assisting us to get Uber all the time while we were struggling to get one ourselves. The phone operators were quick in sending our requests to the room.In all the entire Grand Central staff ensured we have a memorable stay and I am already looking forward for my next visit.

If you are a guest and want a 4-point bathroom, then opt for rooms on floors 20 and over. I made sure to let them know ahead of time, and they obliged. The room was spacious and the king -sized bed had the right firmness. I want to thank the housekeeping staff for their diligence in cleaning the room and making it look brand new. The ambient light and temperature in the room along with the ornate decor made for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

A Truly Regal Experience at ITC Grand Bharat, Gurgaon I recently had the indulgence of staying at ITC for a weekend getaway with my family and it was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I knew I was in for a treat. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and exceptionally attentive. My luxurious room was a serene oasis, complete with plush bedding, marble bathroom, and breathtaking views of the Yamuna River. Throughout my stay, we were treated to exceptional service, with every request met with a smile and prompt attention. The concierge team were particularly helpful, providing expert recommendations and arranging unforgettable experiences. The hotel's amenities were equally impressive, with a world-class spa, rooftop pool, and state-of-the-art fitness center. And the food? Absolutely divine! The breakfast spread was a culinary journey, with an incredible selection of international dishes and fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Next, I am in love with their hygiene supplies like body wash and moisturizing cream. I asked for bath bubbles and made the most out of the bath experience. There was no dearth of freshly laundered towels in the room at any time. Towels were soft and highly absorbent, and so are the bathrobes. To the hotel management, please consider retailing your shampoo, body wash, and moisturizing cream at an on-site shop. Over to the in-room refreshments, I loved the ground coffee. I also appreciate the fact that they serve packaged milk instead of creamer. I had checked in to celebrate a personal milestone and the staff pulled out all the stops to make the experience memorable. If you're staying to celebrate an event, let the staff know at the time of reservation. I used the on-site gym which was a great experience. They have treadmills, exer-bikes, and ellipticals, in addition to free weights, bars, and equipment. These are more than sufficient to cover a full body workout. There's an indoor pool nearby, which I didn't use. However, I used the sauna and it was a great decision. I want to point out that the bathroom scales in my room and the gym weren't operational and I'd like the staff to make sure that they work. Finally, the breakfast and dinner buffet had the right spread and flavor. We had bacon, cold cuts, lamb, chicken, prawns, and fish done in different ways. There were continental, chinese, and local offerings. I loved the kung pao lamb, charred bacon, hummus, and pita bread. The cheese garlic naan was done right. Grilled meat and desserts were top quality. However, it's the misal pav that blew my mind away. The misal was made with moth beans, which is a rarity in many restaurants across the city. It had the right balance of heat and spice. Chef Utkarsha and manager, Mr. Jairam, were welcoming and curious to know what we though of the food. They took our feedback and answered some of my questions about ingredients. Mr. Jairam also insisted that I try their made-to-order vada pav and I am glad I took him on that offer. They used chickpea batter which makes the vada smell awesome. There was a hint of ginger and garlic. Overall, it reminded me of my childhood when vada pav used to be flavorful. The wait staff was prompt with clearing the plates, and wiping down and setting up the tables. 9/10 for the food, the spread, and the flavors. The only complaint is that some bread varieties at the dinner buffet were chewy and tasted stale. The hotel as a chocolate retail shop in the lobby. Do stop by if you want to buy luxury chocolates. Overall, I'd highly recommend this property.
